Belgium: center of child trafficking - Activist Marcel Vervloesem tortured to death

GevangenisBrugge.151041743Marcel.dood.mail-4patientenrechtenenmensenrechtenbestaannietinBelgië

S.O.S DR. PROOT: They take advantage of your holidays to torture Marcel to death !

Els Deloof and Ronny Vandecandelaere, director and sub-manager of the prison of Bruges (Belgium), chaired the disciplinary commission of Marcel Vervloesem. As he is imprisoned at the medical centre, only for medical reason, the regulation does not allow any sanction without the insurance of his attending physician that he can survive it. They thus waited for the holidays of Dr. Proot who protects him, to forbid him from all telephone contact and visit during one month, of those who had only eight days to dissuade him from a suicide presented by the press as "euthanasia". He is only authorized to see his daughter behind a pane. Those who are the closest to his heart, will not be allowed to put their hands on his own, before they are frozen by death.

Marcel stopped all medication and continues to eat normally, what he can survive only until January 31 at most. He was imprisoned for crimes that he was physically unable to execute in waiting that the European Court of the Human rights judges legality do this. He exposed the Zandvoort file, embarrassing, due to its number of corruption evidence. He had expected that the Belgian authorities would isolate him from us at the end of his life and told us:- If you do not have any more a news of me, it will mean I am still here. I hope to avoid the normal sanction in this prison, which consists of being striped naked, feet and wrists shackled at the four corners of a bed. He was not joking. Young prisoners told him about these practices.

The medical centre of the Bruges prison does not ensure any doctor of guard, but calls the specialists of Hospital St John, according to their mood. The obstruction to the medical treatment these doctors prescribed Marcel, condemned him to the blocking of his kidneys, the destruction of two cardiac valves, to be chopped off flesh and bones caught by gangrene, then to an irreversible muscular atrophy. Chopped alive, with a cancer that gives him no hope of living long; each arbitrary sanction incites him to suicide. The prison has the obligation to require the opinion of the doctor, only when a sanction is decided by disciplinary council, but not when it denies the prisoner's rights.

Dr. Proot stormed that he would no more authorize the least fault. He had managed to convince Marcel to give up suicide, by giving him hope to survive his two next open-heart operations in human conditions. He ensured him that he would no more be shackled at the hospital, or exposed to the contempt of the public, or maintained awake by light 24 hours a day, as the prison had imposed him. He had opposed to an arbitrary sanction, which consisted in forbidding him any other visit to than his family when he would be at the hospital and obtained the same right for three extra groups of friends or supporters. He prescribed him an individual cell, of which he was to be able to leave eight times per day for his social contacts, including three times in the open air, vital for his health and to stimulate his living instinct. The prison then made a game of arbitrary sanctions so that Marcel changes his mind.

Ronny Vandecandelaere, who has the training of social worker, threatened him of sanction, if he did not manage to have removed from Internet a public inquiry on Dr. Van Mol management of the health care in prison, as well as the term "attempt at murder", in reference to the continual encouragement of Marcel to suicide. In answer to a request for release on parole for health reason, Dr. Van Mol, the managing director of Penitentiary Health for the Ministry of justice, hid a suicide and six operations in emergency. He assures that Marcel can be treated in any prison, in spite of the opposite opinion of all the doctors.

The websites that expose the practices in the Belgian prisons were entirely scanned the day before disciplinary commission, showing the weight of the right to information. Since this mission is normally entrusted to the State Security services and not to penitentiary staff, the decision to press forward the suicide of eight days, belonged to the ministry of home affairs, as well as the ministry of justice, even if the implementation was entrusted to a social worker.

Marcel never had any power of publication or censure on these websites. He asked it as a favour, by panic under the threat to die stripped naked and quartered. We have then reminded him that the Belgian state has never held the least of its promises, even in writing. On the contrary, justice trapped him by promises, to get a copy of convicting evidences, and then freed the criminals he was showing without prosecution, but prosecuted him for having possessed the evidences. Consequently, his only chance to die in dignity was to refuse the censure, and if his death is inevitable, may it open the eyes of those who are too frightened to protest.

We call upon any person likely to join Dr. Proot, so that he intervenes urgently, in order to demand the respect of his prescriptions, so that his patient may survive his holidays. We remind that Marcel Vervloesem has diabetes, a triple cancer, his blood no more produces red globules, 40% of his kidneys are destroyed, his pancreas is destroyed, two cardiac valves have been on three months standby for an operation, and he has a relapse of gangrene. He has disconnected his insulin pump and abstains from all medication (14 pills + antibiotic) since January 22, 2009.

Inciting knowingly someone to suicide is a homicide, and not intervening to prevent a homicide is criminal. If Dr. Van Mol is too gaga to understand this, he must retire.

Human Rights in Belgium: Activist murdered in prison

Marcel Vervloesem, hostage of the right to information

GevangenisBrugge.151041743Marcel.dood.mail-4patientenrechtenenmensenrechtenbestaannietinBelgië

Brussels, 24.1.2009

The direction of the prison of Bruges threatened Marcel Vervloesem of sanction, if he did not manage to obtain the censure of information concerning him on Internet. Prison advises us the first penalty, the prohibition of visits by people who take turns to convince him to live, possibly even of telephone, since he has not called us.

When Belgian justice called Marcel Vervloesem spend four years of prison for crimes which it was physically unable to carry out, he received daily anonymous telephone calls from two magistrates, who told him about the pressures operated to have him condemned at all costs. They explained him that the result of the lie detector produced on the first of his indicters was so overpowering, that there was order to stop the eight others, to prevent that he be the only one recognised as saying the truth. The other told him he had been degraded to the Justice of Peace, for having protested. This confirms the violations of the separation of the capacity, at the Fortis and Sabena fashion, by direct threats from the ministries.

Marcel Vervloesem's treatment is justified by the will to prevent the judgement of hundreds of cases similar to that of Dutroux that appear in the Zandvoort file, exposed by his NGO in 1998. His imprisonment quickly appeared to have had for goal to prevent that he may survive time assigned the Court European of the Human rights to release him. His hospitalizations where only authorized when he was between the life and death, in the greatest secrecy, strictly time to reanimate him. He survived by miracle, with 89 violations of the recommendations of the Council of Europe.

His fellow-prisoners at the medical centre of the prison of Bruges told him about the methods of sanctions, inspired by the film "Else, the She-wolf of SS". They are stripped, attached naked, feet and fists shackled at the four corners of a bed during 9 days, their state controlled daily by a doctor and the director of the prison. The prison was then confronted with the difficulty of having a detainee, activist of Human Rights and supported by organizations, which break the censure of the press. They found a solution by dividing the infirmary in two sections: one for the patients in a vegetable state; the other on the floor above, for the prisoners in revalidation, or with the arms and legs broken. Marcel was confined in district 61, which is now reserved for the vegetable prisoners, so as to prevent that he can speak with people who have all their minds. This explains the number of zombies which saunters in this infirmary.

Two days earlier, on November 17, 2008, Marcel had met the doctor of the Commission of Euthanasia, to put an end to the inhuman detention conditions, by lack of health care. He told him he just had to fill a form to discharge the doctors, to stop his drugs and to eat normally, to have euthanasia in 10 days, without any one being able to stop it. Marcel then filled the "euthanasia form", and followed his advice. He agreed to take the medication again, when the ministry for justice showed it agreed to grant him the medical care on which his survival depends.

It was only a lure. Meanwhile, his diabetic diet generated to gangrene, followed by an irreversible muscular atrophy. Marcel did not have the privilege of Marc Dutroux in 2001, who was offered a 200 km of helicopter trip under fires of the press, so that the hospital St John of Bruges controls his diabetes. The preferential treatments of Marc Dutroux enable Belgium to show a high level of civilization. But Marcel did not even have the right to see the specialists of Marc Dutroux, though only 3 km away from his detention centre.

The Werkgroep Morkhoven inquiry of revealed a comprehensive policy which allows the state to make huge savings on the health care and the survival allowances to the prisoners. The savings provided by the prison overpopulation justifies the application of a brainwash method to control the prisoners at a minimum cost, with the minimum staff. It consists of mental tortures, which invite the prisoners to lean or commit suicide. Prisoners are constantly denied their rights. They are underfed. They are handcuffed on the operating table. They are imposed light day and night so that they cannot sleep. They are exposed to the contempt of the public in the hospitals by unjustifiable measures, etc.

Marcel was object of around a hundred arbitrary sanctions since September 2008, in violation of all the regulations, as without judgement or right to defence. He was imposed 34 days of isolation, including 2 days in an "observation cell" and 63 days in section reserved to the quasi lobotomized prisoners, without right to social contacts with normal prisoners. It is thus understandable he had decided to proceed with the false euthanasia on 1ier February.

Marcel, who never had any control on our press bodies, was threatened by a director of this prison, of sanctions unless he managed to make us withdraw from our articles the expression "attempt at murder" , to qualify the treatments, under the responsibility of Dr. Van Mol, who is responsible for health care in all the Belgian prisons.

It is impossible to hide that a man is urged to commit suicide in prison, without becoming partner in a crime that Belgian justice retains as a homicide. Marcel was again object of an arbitrary sanction deprived of right of defence. He was confined in his cell 24 hours a day, whereas his attending physician at the prison had prescribed him eight exits of his cell per day, including three in the open air. The letters liable to cheers-him up too much was returned to the senders, refused by the prison, after having been open. He found no reason prolong his martyrdom of 10 days. He has disconnected his insulin pump this January 19. Luckily, his adoptive son managed to change his mind.

For the first time, this January 22, the prison will "respect the regulation". Marcel had to pass twice before the Commission of the Sanctions, ounce for having disconnected the insulin pump, the other for having answered as he heard the first, that knowing the Princess, she would not miss the opportunity to make a fine article on Internet. This commission of sanction is unjustifiable, since Dr. Van Mol was discharged from this suicide by Marcel Vervloesem on November 19, 2008, by his own euthanasia form.

Marcel Vervloesem is forbidden to any other visit than that of his family for one month, knowing his family has great difficulty of coming from so far away. He can no more see his friends and the NGO representatives who took turns to visit him as much as possible to convince him to live, despite all the efforts of the prison to persuade him that death was sweeter than their treatments.

The organizations that support the fundamental rights, believe that Dr. Van Mol should have to answer of Marcel Vervloesem death, if it has to occur before he is released for health reason. A prison specialist, who had been in charge by the European Commission to evaluate Human rights in the Romanian prisons, in order to judge its admissibility in the Union said:- These Romanian prisons where not perfect, but nothing compared to what is happening here. It is not only a shame for Belgium: it is a shame for Europe.

The European Court of Human Rights has recently reiterated that it is the people, by vote of the judges who decide the sentences. You will find in this link, the complaint with the names of people that justice - so the Belgian people - have cleared, by retaining for sole culprit, the man sentenced to death after he exposed the Zandvoort network. We will therefore call them, according to this judiciary truth, the INNOCENTS OF ZANDVOORT.

Human Rights Practices in Europe

marcel_action_bxl 126patientrecht

In Belgium and in France governments come and go, criminals remain : the officials who covered the pedophiles'networks and tried to eliminate Mr Vervloesem and Mrs Poupard for having revealed the scope of the horrors inflicted on many children are still in office, even though they strived to have those brave persons die of "natural" death in jail or be mentally destroyed by "treatments" when forced into psychiatric ward.

Such incredible misdeeds allow to think that those countries were never truly denazified :
if they had been, those with a psychopath's personality, that is to say who are a threat to society because they are unable to distinguish right from wrong as a consequence of the negative experiences they suffered in their childhood that destroyed their moral sense, those individuals would have been barred from public service positions.

Mr Vervloesem, Mrs Poupard and other activists who try to protect children by denouncing those who massacrate them held their ground all along those black years in the history of Belgium and of France while lies, disinformations, public deceit, fabricated testimonies, falsified experts' reports and other corruptions were committed by a number of officials while their colleagues found that they best they could do was to do nothing, as passively fearful as the people of those countries, thus allowing more shame to be added to the national decay of public institutions.

But, see, in international law Belgium and France keep their sovereignty for their decisions even when they are blatantly criminal, i.e. could not be more alien from justice, law, or even plain common sense. Therefore Mr Vervloesem can continue to suffer until he succombs, the illnesses he suffers from were caused in large part by the hurt he had to experience personally as a consequence of his brave undertakings, seldom different illnesses occur in the same person : one suffers from cancer, or heart failures, or diabetes. All this in him shows how hard were on him the repeated shocks he had to take while as he progressed in his actions he realized by their responses that those in office in the Belgian government strived to cover horrors committed on children and thus allowed the massacre to continue rather than end it as they had the power and duty to do so.

Therefore, in the same way, when in Nazi Europe extermination camps appeared in the scenery the US and the British should not have intervened if they had wanted to conform to international law : as if the Nazi state had the right to develop atrocities to the extreme without external interference as that was state matters. In other words, once they are in power those psychopathic personalities have the right by international law to give free rein to their worst drives no matter what, no limit should be requested from the outside to not infringe on a state's competency.

Now pedophiles and sadists of all kinds, take notice : Belgium and France are still countries where you can come and be provided with children on whom to satisfy your worst vices, it is just a matter of having the money to pay for the "services" rendered.
And the European Congress keeps its seat in Brussels, the representatives do not seem to mind too much the stink from the many raped, tortured, killed children's corpses, even though this has been going on for several decades now. One becomes used to anything ?
What mostly matters is to keep on with the pretense and carry on acting as if one was useful out of mere self-respect.

Conclusion : the bravest people like Mr Vervloesem and Mrs Poupard can be illegally sentenced to death even with the European Congress next door. Too bad fot the Nazis, in our times they would have found very little opposition to their endeavors.

Belgium Country Report on Human Rights Practices for 1997

In January 1998, the American government submits a report on the Belgian situation of children's  rights who establishes that the country is both a transit point and destination for trafficking of children, who also recognises the prostitution of children. This joins the opinion of Marc Verwilghen, former president of the Dutroux commission, ex-minister of the justice and who writes on 15/10/1996  to the president of Werkgroep Morkhoven: "the events of these last weeks do not leave any doubt of the reality of the pedo- pornographic and the prostitution of children in Belgium."

The document already foresees that the Dutroux lawsuit will not start before second half of 1998. Yet, it will only begin on the second quarter 2004, according to Marc Dutroux: due to the fact that he was just childen's provider for a certain elite of politicians, judges and police officers.

Children

Belgium has comprehensive child protection laws, which the Government seeks to enforce. The Francophone and Flemish communities have agencies dealing with children's needs. Government and private groups provide shelters for runaways and counseling for children who have been physically or sexually abused. The Government provides compulsory education up to the age of 18.

In 1995 the Government enacted laws designed to combat child pornography by increasing penalties for such crimes and for those in possession of pedophilic materials. The law permits prosecution of Belgians who commit such crimes abroad. Another 1995 law provides that criminals convicted of the sexual abuse of children cannot receive parole without first receiving specialized assistance and must continue counseling and treatment upon their release from prison.

Belgium is both a transit point and destination for trafficking in women and children. In the first half of 1997, 120 children from 37 different countries were trafficked in the country, the largest number from Romania (21).

In 1996 the authorities uncovered a pedophile/child pornography and trafficking ring. The criminal investigation of this ring continued through 1997. Five suspects remained in detention; however, their trial was unlikely to begin before mid-1998.

A parliamentary commission continued to investigate allegations of corruption and complicity in the law enforcement and judicial system. By December no judicial or police officers had been imprisoned or sanctioned for collusion related to the pedophile case.

In response to the public outcry over the handling of the pedophile case, the Government established a center for missing and exploited children. The Prime Minister appointed the center's president and board of directors in May, and the center opened in December.

Children have the right to a voice in court cases that affect them, such as divorce proceedings. The law states that a minor "capable of understanding" can request permission to be heard by a judge, or a judge can request an interview with a child.

Child prostitution is of limited scope, but, in response to recommendations made in a 1994 government study, police have received instructions to be especially diligent in combating prostitution among those who appear to be under the age of 18.

There is no societal pattern of abuse directed against children.

The murder of Marcel Vervloesem will be turned into an euthanasia

mail-1

Marcel Vervloesem asked euthanasia last on November 14, because the prison administration would not allow the medical treatments necessary to sooth him of his final diseases. He will stop his medicine on February, 1st, encouraged to a suicide, which is presented to him as euthanasia. He is imprisoned since September 5, 2008, for crimes which he was physically unable to make, within the framework of a file where he exposes the corruption that covers the sexual exploitation of children.

The euthanasia in Belgium is legal only when it is endorsed by the Commission of the Euthanasia, composed of eight doctors, four lawyers or law professors and four people dealing with the problems of incurable people. The request must be formulated in a voluntary, reflected way, repeated and without external pressure.

The sole repeated external pressures, by the refusal of health care that causes Marcel Vervloesem acute sufferings, are the justification of the request.

A doctor of the Commission of the Euthanasia had answered that he just had to stop his drugs to over-pass to the endorsement. Yet, his mission comprises the obligation to announce the treatments or the palliative care likely to relieve him. He did not receive any opinion. He had, in the meantime, to be chopped-off flesh and bones with gangrene, resulting from the lack of adequate treatment. He was transferred outside the medical centre after he decided on this false euthanasia, where he is deprived of treatment for the gangrene that has come back. An amputation causes acute sufferings, especially with a foot shackled. He cannot face these treatments anymore.

The Foundation Princesses of Croÿ and Massimo Lancellotti, Werkgroep Morkhoven and all the NGO that support them, highly protest against these guilty omissions that encourage Marcel Vervloesem to suicide. Belgian justice has already retained that pushing somebody to suicide is liable to a prosecution for involuntary manslaughter. The protests repeated since July 2008 against this imprisonment that has to result to the death of this man, do not make it possible to believe in an involuntary agreement of the doctors.

Dr. Van Mol, head doctor of all the Belgian prisons, seems to prepare for a new suicide at the prison of Bruges, in spite a wave of suicides in December. The inquiry carried out by the Foundation Princesses of Croÿ and Massimo Lancellotti brought alarming observations.
Yesterday, Marcel Vervloesem telephoned the Werkgroep Morkhoven, saying he had been threatened by a director of this prison, who ordered him to make pressure so that the questions on Dr. Van Mol are withdrawn of Internet, or else, he would undergo the consequences. This doctor has all leisure to ask for a right of reply. Nothing thus justifies these threats on a prisoner, who has no right of decision on this investigation.

The Foundation Princesses of Croÿ already agreed to remove an article of Internet, under the condition of saving the life of Marcel Vervloesem. The agreement is broken, since the false euthanasia is programmed to kill him on around February, 10. He was advised of an intention to prohibit the visits of the members of his NGO, under the pretext of security breach, thus among which of a "dangerous princess".

Jos Vander Velpen, lawyer at the bar of Antwerp and president of the Human rights League in Flanders, will visit Marcel Vervloesem this week.

The League was unaware of what was happening in the Bruges prison, until the testimony of Marcel Vervloesem. The families of prisoners and the visitors of prison speak all with incredulity about the same kinds of exactions.

The press started again its defamatory campaign, inciting to the hatred of Marcel Vervloesem, by truncating the information of its essential components. He was condemned for rapes, they say, but they hide he was sentenced for the rape a young man, now major of age, who withdrew his complaint by saying that his friends and him had all lied under threat.

Other pressures are operated on Internet, to prevent the Minister of Justice grants a human end of life to Marcel Vervloesem, with an electronic bracelet, while waiting for the judgment of European tribunal of Human Rights. Nothing justifies to deprive him of it. He is physically unable to commit a crime and he remains innocent, as long as Europe will refute legality to condemn a man on the basis of an incomplete file.

Indeed, article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights assures that everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. Raf Jespers, the lawyer of Marcel Vervloesem, disputes that he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence, amongst other things owing to the fact that evidence for his defence where stolen from the dossier.

Child abuse: 170 people arrested

Marcel.hospital.im-victime_du_maitre-chanteur-4art.mukasey.giHUMANRIGHTSINFORMATIONHUMANRIGHTSINFORMATION

Sat December 13, 2008

By Terry Frieden
CNN

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- More than 170 people around the globe, including at least 61 in the United States, have been arrested in a major operation targeting international child pornographers, officials said Friday.

Attorney General Michael Mukasey and European Union representatives announced the sting's results Friday.

Operation Joint Hammer has rescued 11 girls in the United States, ages 3 to 13, who were sexually abused by child pornography producers, U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey and representatives of the European Union said at the Justice Department.

Dozens more were located in Europe, including several young female victims in Ukraine.

Authorities found connections between producers, distributors and customers in nearly 30 countries as a single investigation grew to a global inquiry into the dark corners of brutality and child abuse.

The investigation, code-named Operation Koala in Europe, was developed when investigators determined that a pornographic video found in Australia had been produced in Belgium.

"This joint EU-U.S. coordinated effort began with the discovery in Europe of a father who was sexually abusing his young daughters and producing images of that abuse," Mukasey said.

Further investigation showed a number of online child porn rings. Some included dangerous offenders who not only traded child pornography but also sexually abused children, the officials said.

Agents are still attempting to locate child victims whose images have appeared in photos and videos, and more arrests are expected as the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Postal Inspection Service continue the investigation.

A Postal Service official said ringleaders primarily targeted prepubescent female victims to satisfy their customers but noted that other groups produce photos and videos of boys and girls of all ages -- or even infants.

Marcel Vervloesem: Letter to Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe

Marcel.hospital.im-victime_du_maitre-chanteur-4images-1HUMANRIGHTSINFORMATIONHUMANRIGHTSINFORMATION

12.12.2008

To the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights

Dear Mr. Thomas Hammarberg,

Seen your visit to Belgium, of which I'm very happy, even being a dutch painter living in Italy, I would ask your attention to a very serious situation.

Marcel Vervloesem who found in 1998 the 21 pedopornographic cd-roms with 100.000 files on it, and started the dangerous fight against the international criminal pedopornographic network (Madeira, Temse), has been condanned to 4 years of prison, unless the sentence dossier in the hands of Belgian Justice was incomplete because of the 'vanished' documents and 7 cd-roms that were inside and that proved his innocence.

Minister of Justice, Jo Vandeurzen, says the belgian prisons are 'too full' of people.

Other people as Mr. Debie who also got 4 years of prison, left prison after only one day and is at home with an electronic ankleband.

Marcel Vervoesem is very ill (2 heart operations to do, very diabethic, a heavy kidney-complaint, cancer and other) 'lives' between prison and hospital, is constantly footcuffed or handcuffed, also during an operation.
Why couldn't he been treated the same way as Debie and many others?
He's in the prison of Brugge now, where he's been even blackmailed by a female director who tried to make him confess his guilt, what he did not accept, so he was punished by depriving him from some rights he has as human being and as prisoner, as described in the belgian Law Borginon of 2004!
Between other things, she deprived him from the yet established permission to assist to the baptism of the baby ofhis own daughter.
The director also said his case was too sensible to talk about to the press. Also his daughter would experience negative effects of his not-confessing 'his crimes'. And she made other serious threats.

Who said her to do so?

After the hell in Brugge then another hell in Turnhout and then after this, again in Brugge he was psychologically and physically completely destructed. That's a whole story to tell in a small letter.
Than he asked euthanasia about what the female director grew vèry angry.
Nevertheless and fortunately he found back the strength to continue fighting again to survive.
The point that gives him again and again the strength to go further is the thought of all the photographs in the Zandvoort file in which babies and children are foltered sometimes till death and raped and so on.

From the belgian press and the majority of the belgian (and international) politicians, if they spend a word on him, they make of him simply a paedophile who tries to escape from prison by blackmail through his hungerstrikes in the passed months.
He striked risking his life in his condition.
He hungerstriked because he is systematicaly not taken serious; for asking for the reopening of the Zandvoort dossiers that were closed after only a year of 'research' on it; and most of all to give a voice to all the 90.000 children and babies dead and alive and still vanished he discovered in the Zandvoort cd-roms.
The belgian state rushes up the whole pedoporno network question as it silences or enclose the people who know too much about it.
This means in some way helping criminal organisation.

Also Janett Seemann is treated in some way like him. She wrote the video-letters, that are still on Youtube and on some other websites, on the same argument.
There are mighty public people indentificated in the cd-roms, who try to bring these persons into silence in any possible way. Janett Seemann vanished after her video-letters to the Bundeskanzlerin and to the Pope. Her website was closed at once: http://www.janettseemann.info/
Mr. Jo Vandeurzen, Minister of Justice, who you'll encounter the coming days is not helping Marcel for his rights as person or as prisoner (euphemisme). He even denied to Mrs. Zoë of the European Parlament, the vanishing of 7 cd-roms and of parts of Marcel's dossier, a vanishing that the Supreme Court put in writing.

Of course I do understand you'll have really too much to do, but could you, please, take a short visit to Marcel Vervloesem in the prison of Brugge/Bruges?
This for his very situation and for all the other people that are in a similar situation of injustice.

Brugge has been compared with Guantanamo for the treatment that is given in the cells in the lowest part of that prison.
Jo Vandeurzen would construct more of those cells...
The VN Comité critisized belgian prisons of 'delicat' foltering its prisoners.

Again, I please you to pay attention to this situation. I have a high opinion of your quality as a personand I'm sure you understand there are going wrong too many things.
Marcel Vervloesem can't die in prison for having worked 10 years intensively for the children's rights and future survival.
He can't die in prison as a single person who, with his small Werkgroep Morkhoven, without any help of the Belgian State, (another euphemisme!) fighted against the dangerous, strong, mighty, rich, criminal international organisation of pedopornography.

Zandvoort case - Marcel Vervloesem: Europol

GevangenisBrugge.151041743

Dear Sir

In 1998, activist Marcel Vervloesem has been able to come into possession of 21 cd-roms with 100.000 photos and video's which show kids being abused and tortured by adults. The children (and babies) were identified by a several police investigations and others just for a small part and then the dossier has been closed. Too old? Why? I think such a dossier must stay open.
Marcel Vervloesem has been working on the Madeira-case and many other cases and resolved a several questions of vanished children.

Powerfull people who probably had something to hide about their position in the Pornopedo Criminal International Network, changed the situation upside-down, organising accuses to Marcel Vervloesem, proved afterwards to be false. Pieces of evidence that vanished.

Seven cd-rom's are 'vanished' probably under the eye of the, now ex-Procurator General Christine Dekkers, considered in Belgium, as the most powerfull woman of that moment.
Also other contents has been stolen from Marcel's dossier; the part of it that proved his innocence.
Marcel who is very ill since years (diabethes, serious hart problems needing two operations, cancer, kidney-complaint) is in the prison in Brugge now, after suffering esistential risks in the prison of Turnhout because of the non-treatment of his total illness and the cured isolation from the outer world.

Of course his hungerstrikes hasn't been a good idea being too riskful in his bad conditions, but Marcel Vervloesem has been dictated by the conscience and impotence of not being heard, or better, ignored systematicly by Belgium's Justice, Politicians and by all the other States around Belgium, which do have the same problems with the Pedoporno Network.
He didn't expect though he shouldn't be helped medically when he decided to stop striking.
He went into coma indeed. In a few days he has been put into a isolation-cel again, with a plastic bucket in stead of a toilet without fresh air but with an airconditioning that made it impossible to him to sleep at night by the noise it made.
He has been completely spoiled in front of a videocamera who showed his nude immage to whoever passed by. He has been put into a small room without light for some hours, with another man, completely spoiled and this short before being transported in emergency to the hospital, finally, where he stayed for six hours in intensive care near death, not because of an hungerstrike though.
Visits were sometimes limited without reason. Well there is a long list to write down.

In Brugge there are new problems. His rights as prisoner and human being are very few again.
The Rights of the prisoner written in the Law of Borginon in 2004 are not practised. Not even the laws of the prison itself are. There is even no controle from the authorities onto it.
As punishment for the fact that he didn't admit the false accusations, the Director Els De Loof of the prison of Brugge (possibly supported by Jo Vandeurzen, Minister of Justice of Belgium), didn't allow him to have the same rights of any other prisoner and human being in our 'civilised' Europe. The fixed appointment he was given to assist to the baptism of his grandchild was cancelled for example.
He is at his end of physical and emotional state. After almost two months of legs full of water, during the controles in hospital of his heart for the two operations he's waiting for, by coincidence medicins found the reason: blocked kidney. The refuse from the director of the Prison Turnhout to let him pass a serious medical controle, let him suffer for months. Also the insuline dose has been wrong (when given) for months. The level of his diabethes sprang very riskfuly up and down. Only now that's going better. For two weeks he will be going all days to the hospital for dyalisis.

I ask you to consider and to intervene into this unacceptable situation, to consider Marcel Vervloesem curing the restitution of his rights, of which too many are violated, just as is happening to so many other people in the belgian prisons.
http://www.hln.be/hln/nl/957/Belgie/article/detail/507049/2008/11/25/Belgie-berispt-door-VN-comite-tegen-foltering.dhtml
If ex-police inspector Debie who got four years of prison, as Marcel did, is at home waiting for an electronic ankle band after only one day in prison, also to Marcel Vervloesem should be given this right, the more considering his physical condition.

I would be very interested in your opinion about this delicate question,

I thank you very much for your attention,

Claudia Carolina Vink

Marcel Vervloesem: euthanasia at the medico-legal extermination block

AN AVERAGE OF ONE DETAINEE DIES PER WEEK IN BELGIAN PRISONS

Monday, a doctor of hospital St Erasmus, designated by the state toconsider the request for euthanasia, recommended Marcel Vervloesem tostop his drugs while continuing to eat normally: "It will only taketen days and you will have your euthanasia", he told him.

This request for euthanasia in prison is not, according to me, hiswill, but the consequence of a mental conditioning made of harassment, said Dr Gagliardi.

Tuesday, the day before a vital open heart operation an arbitrarysanction decided him to begin the recommended euthanasia on the spot.He is accused of causing too much sensation in the media, in this casein Italy, as the question is censured in Belgium. He would rather diethan to be used as hostage to cover-up the crimes he exposed, on the90.000 children victim of the Zandvoort network.

It is not a prison, but a concentration camp, said Marcel Vervloesem.I do not exist here. The law does not exist. My medical file does notexist. My heart and my blood were ruined by lack of the treatmentprescribed by doctors. I will not, in any way, be able to survive morethan two months in these conditions.

Subject: Belgium is a center of european child trafficking: CIPAL

Belgium is a center of european child trafficking !
Moldavian child for 1000 euros the night, ordered from a governmental organization.

Patrick Dewael, present Minister of home affairs, alerted his direct collaborator that "an investigation was in hand against him about human trade", long before the arrival of police force.
The collaborator of the minister and his partners in crime where discharged, officially because Judge Myriam Vrints took three weeks before she included the incriminating evidences in the file. "This incompleteness violates rights of the defence", according to the court of Turnhout, who had rejected the Vervloesem file's "incompleteness", to which the same Judge Vrints had not managed to include 37 parts of the defence in 8 years.

The CIPAL, acronym of "Centre Informatique Provinces of Antwerp and Limburg" is a government organization in charge of the public services via the Internet. Its main office is situated in Geel, a Flemish city of 35.000 inhabitants, from where Pasteur Stamford directed the Spartacus branch of the paedocriminal ring that has been shown by Marcel Vervloesem of the Morkhoven Group (network Zandvoort) in 1998.

Kamiel Charlier, 50 years and purchasing manager of the CIPAL, had concluded with Vladimir Saca, a Moldavian procurer, the delivery of prostitutes in Belgium for two to three thousand euro each. Filip De Graeve, (33) direct collaborator of the minister and director of "E-government" introduced him to Marc Vandervelden (46), a procurer liable to prostitute them.

The purchasing manager had ordered three "prostitute" to be and paid a deposit. The transaction was supposed to provide him 1.500 euros net of tax per month.
The collaborator of the minister would have gained only free prostitutes, as if he were too ugly to find a girlfriend.
But the project crumbled when Walter Hartmann, another CIPAL employee, discovered various emails from Russia and Romania to the purchasing manager, as well as an email addressed to Vladimir Saca:
"One of my friends asks me something special: he wants to come to Chisinau in Moldavia. He asks whether you can do something for a very young. I know that it is morbid, but he wants to pay lot of money. He asks between 8 and 12 years and is ready to pay one thousand euros per night. Can you take care of this?

On March 8, 2003, the court of Turnhout received these emails, which were sent to them by Walter Hartmann. The case was instructed by Myriam Vrints. Her inquiry had dysfunctions for already five years in the cabal aiming at discrediting the Zandvoort case that Marcel Vervloesem had brought to justice.

Christine Dekkers, public prosecutor of Antwerp, directly informed the Minister of the risks which weighed on his collaborator. She also had dysfunctions in the Zandvoort case, since she had received seven CDs of rapes, murder and tortures on children, which will be stolen from her law court!

On March 13, at 23:30 hours, Ludo Helsen, provincial deputy, former president of the CIPAL, telephoned Arthur Philips, the managing director, to warn him of the situation. The managing director convened the purchasing manager, who pled it was an "illegitimate gossip". As his test contract was over, CIPAL gave him the very same day, a longterm work contract, and then purified the mail server of its data.

On March 24, Jan Kerremans, principal private secretary of the Minister Dewael, contacted Eric Stroobants, the Flemish administration's boss, and boss of the minister's collaborator. Healso telephoned with the public prosecutor of Antwerp.
According to prosecutor Marianne Cappelle, who also had dysfunctions in the Vervloesem file, the investigation was started only by the telephone call to the police on March 27, from Hans Schoofs, a politician who had received the information in an anonymous letter.
The searching took place urgently the very same day, after the CIPAL was informed of the police force arrival, according to the chief of the Central Office for the Repression of Corruption.

The sales manager will be laid off on March 31 and the collaborator of the minister in July. But the man who had denounced the network was also laid-off in October, in despite the King's congratulations for his act good citizenship!

The CIPAL claimed charges, since its employees ordered women and children from its computers, during their work hours, at the cost of the Belgian citizen's. The evidence was so crushing that the purchasing manager had no other choice than to confess.

The press kept under silence this case, which was likely to be much more embarrassing for the "E-government", if Marcel Vervloesem inquired in Geel, which is located 18 kilometres away from his place.
The secrecy was so well kept, that nobody knew anything of it, if not just a vague rumour about women, but not a word of the child for 1000 euros the night.

The instruction of Judge Vrints will carry out the court of Turnhout to retain the most absurd calumnies against Marcel Vervloesem, at the moment when the collaborator of the minister lost his employment.
The man who had been officially thanked by the president for the Council of Europe, to have allowed carrying the light on the "odious" traffic of sexual exploitation children, was calumniated by a band of good-for-nothing.
Among them, of the one of his half brothers who is the shame of the family, object of 37 official reports blaming him for sexual abuses of minors.
Though he is illiterate, the shame of the family will be elected by the communal council, to be member of the social services direction, of the social housing company direction, of the police force council, town representative to inter-commune Water Company... and to CIPAL!
So many jobs which do not request to know how to write, but to know the names of those who support his half brother. A Gestapo social workers and police officers can then badger and threaten, i.e.: to expel them from their social lodging.

The collaborator of the minister will say that "well before the control at the CIPAL, he had been informed by his boss, the minister president Dewael that an investigation was in hand against him about human trade." But the minister did not explain why he warned his collaborator, before the police force could look for other incriminating evidences.

On September 27, 2007, the court will retain the "incompleteness" of Judge Vrints, who actually would consist in having taken three weeks to open the file of human trade from the Belgian "E-government" with Russia, Romania and Moldavia. It will also blame honesty in obtaining the only evidence which remained. The emails would have been stolen, not to the party claiming charges that paid for the ink and paper, tot he author of the orders of women and children. The accused inconsents were discharged.

The insurance company Mercator appealed. It reproaches to the purchasing manager of having made possible to an Italian friend to steal his Mercedes, so as to obtain fraudulently a compensation of 30.000 euros. The Court of Turnhout hypocritically followed the example, then the parties claiming charges.

Can Minister Dewael explain why he refused to meet the president and the vice-president of Werkgroep Morkhoven, to explain his position on the 100.000 photographs of crime of the Zandvoort network?

It now appears that the French cases were judged in absence of 88.539 incriminating evidences. The President of the Court of Cassation of Paris has sent this July 23, 2008; an answer concerning this problem, but his mail has still not arrived on August 12.

Could the minister order an investigation to know weather the political officials solicited to clarify these cases would have sent answers which would never have arrived to their recipients or if they are all very rude individuals? Could he investigate to discover who has retained these 88.539 incriminating evidences from the French investigation and what are the results of the Belgian investigation on the French magistrate photographed trousers down, with an 11 year old boy?

Belgium is a center of child trafficking

Belgian anti-childporn-activist Marcel Vervloesem victim of a systematic persecution

zandvoort.gevangenis.mail-2Antwerp, December 5 th, 1998

European Parliament
To the attention of Mr. J.M. Gil-Robles Gil-Delgado
Chairman European Parliament
Belliardstreet 97-113, B-1047 Brussels

Dear Mister,

CONCERNING THE MANIFESTATION IN FRONT OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS

As you know, the Workgroup Morkhoven is since years taking action around an international network of childporn. Hereby missing youngsters and children are also traced.

The actions and investigations of many years have finally led to the so called Zandvoort-case, whereby childporn-material was found in heaps. Although this work of the workgroup was generally praised and the investigator, Marcel Vervloesem, of the Workgroup Morkhoven was personally congratulated by the Chairman of the European Union, ( "Ich werde mich bemühen, auch weiterhin eine Politik zu machen, die entschlossene Menschen wie Sie, Herr Vervloesem, und deren engagierten Kampf für die Kinderrechte unterstützt", letter dated July 20th 1998.) the workgroup had to cope incessantly with opposition - since 1992 - on behalf of the Belgian Justice and Belgian political authorities.

The Workgroup Morkhoven not only became the victim of numerous insinuations and accusations but was also regulary critized by the Belgian Minister of Justice (Mr. S. De Clerck) for "the manner upon which the members of the workgroup spread rumours and tales full of phantasies". Following the Belgian Minister of Justice, the manner upon which the union handled these files was unacceptable and he had to offer resistance against this because it gave the impression that justice did not book any result."

The minister could not have summed-up this problem better to the heart of the matter. There was really never a serious search as to the solution of this problem.

Although, internationally, there was an agreement that the Workgroup Morkhoven did good work, the workgroup was never, in any way, supported by the Belgian Justice and political authorities.

Through the so called Zandvoort-case (after the murder of childpornmerchant Ullrich), Marcel Vervloesem was repeatedly the victim of insinuations and accusations.

After a TV-broadcast about the Zandvoort-case (RTBF Radio Television - "Faits Divers"), just after a press-conference of the workgroup and just before the TV-commentary about the Workgroup Morkhoven (VRT Radio Television - " The white knight of Morkhoven ") a judicial inquiry against Marcel Vervloesem of the Workgroup Morkhoven was opened.

There where - quite accidental - three burglaries of the car from Mr. José Dessart, maker of the before mentioned RTBF-broadcasting. Mr. Willibrordus, maker of the programm "The week of Willibrordus" (SBS 6-Netherlands), found his car put on fire just before the broadcasting of the Zandvoort-case. In danger of his own life, he could push the burning vehicle away from his house (where his small daughter was asleep) into the street to prevent his house catching fire.

Gina Bernard-Pardaens, internet-specialist of the Workgroup Morkhoven and co-worker of the RTBF-programme "Faits Divers" had to deal for months on end with telephone-disturbances, fax- and computer-problems. The telephone-company Belgacom did not succeed during all that time to resolve these interferences.
According to Belgacom "a second line was opened (which Gina never had asked ) and there was "a small thread loose".
Gina often had an "occupied line" (while she was not at home), with people phoning her, but saying nothing and hooking back in, deaththreats and telephone-voices which where electronicly deformed, and so on ..., but Belgacom did not appear to be able to detect the identity of these anonymous callers.
Next, the son of Gina Bernard - after different deaththreats - was almost ridden off the road, whilst on bicycle.

Both Mr. José Dessart (RTBF) and Mrs. Gina Bernard were interrogated by the judicial department in the case of the disappearred German boy, Manuel Schadwald.
Over and over they were asked as to their connections with the Workgroup Morkhoven.

In an interview with a journalist of the newspaper "De Morgen", Gina Bernard stated that she had experienced the interrogation as "highly remarkable and even intimidating" and "that this hearing was clearly directed in that way to be able to get hold of her sources where she had access to".

After this interrogation the intimidating towards her seemed to increase. In the night of November 14/15th, 1998, Gina -after a new series of deaththreats and telephone-, fax- and internet-problems, had a carcrash. She was instantly dead.

Then, the Workgroup Morkhoven, decided that it could not go on this way. The network-investigations and the tracing of missing children would be stopped and the complete file would -together with the numerous requests from parents of missing children- be put at the door of the European Parliament, in Brussels.

However, the Workgroup did get so many positive reactions and requests to continue, that she will pick up her activities in the matter concerned. This, however, can't happen without the necessary guarantees. It no longer can be so that every person and every union, who works around the problematic of missing and/or murdered children or around the international pedophile-networks and sexual abused youngsters and children, becomes the victim of a systematic persecution.

We ask the members of the European Parliament that the policeforces and judges who do their investigations well, the journalists and civil servants who try to do their work as good as possible, the solicitors, physicians ... who come up for the victims of sexual abuse, the parents of missing/murdered children, unions who do thorough investigation-work and the victims of sexual abuse, are respected instead of being intimidated or persecuted.

To obtain this goal, Mister Chairman, I would like to inform you that the town of Brussels has given us permission to organise a manifestation on Thursday, December 10th, 1998, from 14.00 untill 16.00 o'clock, in the Van Maerlantstraat, on the opposite side of the European Parliament, Belliardstreet 97, Brussels.

In the hope that a delegation of the participants could be received by you and thereby hand you over their request, we abide your answer,

Sincerely Yours,

Jan Boeykens

The Zandvoort case was never investigated by Belgian justice.

On September 5th, 2008, Marcel Vervloesem, activist of the Workgroup Morkhoven, was emprisonned after 10 years of false accusations and persecutions. He was sentenced to four years of prison for crimes which medicine recognizes he is physically unable to carry out.

Marcel Vervloesem is becoming blind, as a consequence of a hunger and thirst strike, to request the respect of his constitutional rights.

The priority of the government is to get Belgium rid of man who exposed corruption covering the industry of children's sexual exploitation.

Belgium covers up the exploitation of children - Death-sentence for Marcel Vervloesem, activist of children's rights

International request for a strict application of European laws in Belgium

MetLetermeThe 20 years of publicity campaigns that MARCEL VERVLOESEM undertook with the Werkgroep Morkhoven, non-profit-making association which he founded to assist the discriminated people, already gave place to the modification of the law in four fields, including three at the Belgian level and the fourth at the European level.

Marcel Vervloesem showed that children were getting out of the isolation cells of a psychiatric hospital in Antwerp with arm and broken legs and that a five year old little girl had died in isolation. He has obtained the installation of a regulation for the use of the isolation cells in Belgian psychiatric institute.

He has shown the situation of Flemish prisoners interned in a French-speaking psychiatric institute where the medical staff did not speak Flemish, wereas they did not speak French. He has obtained that these Belgian people can be treated in their own country, in an institution where the staff could speak their own mother tongue.

He has exposed the prohibition of the handicapped people to go to the cinemas due to so-called security reasons. He obtained the regulation obliging that the security measures are adapted to the wheelchairs in all public places, by pleading that the fundamental right grants the equality to all.

He discovered in 1998, a file of more than 100.000 photographs of rapes, murder and torture of children, which were sold on Internet as from Zandvoort in Holland. It acted of the first material proof of a European circuit of child traders for sexual exploitation.

The president of the Council of Europe, then Wolfgang Schuessel, had officially thanked Marcel Vervloesem in an open letter, where he had underlined "his courageous and outstanding conduct" which had made it possible to carry the light on "the odious traffic" of sexual exploitation children. He is at the source of European directives for the child protection from sexual abuse and pornography.

Marcel Vervloesem currently exposes the need for new directives to protect Europeans from judgements which knowingly cover organized crime by the violation of the international laws. He exposes the release of criminals, as well as the condemnation of victims and witnesses of these crimes, by the means of voluntary faults of procedure, or by denial of justice.

Belgium has sentenced Marcel Vervloesem to four years of prison for crimes which medicine recognizes he is physically unable to execute and in full knowledge of a cancer, which would enable him to regain freedom alive.

His lawyer has presented two recourse to the Court European of the Human rights, of which one in with an urgent procedure, to prevent an imprisonment contra-indicated by 9/9 consulted doctors, of which experts appointed by justice. Five pages will have been necessary to make the list of violations of his fundamental rights.

Considering that if the Belgian authorities have a single possibility of treating in this manner a man who achieved so much, we, undersigned ask:

ALBERT II, King of the Belgians, to ensure that the justice pronounced on his behalf, is it in the respect of the international laws, with a particular attention on circuits aiming at the children's sexual exploitation who are active.

The BELGIAN GOVERNMENT, to set up a public commission of survey on the achievement by people who exert a public office, of unfair acts at the time of the performance of their duty or the abstention to make acts which belongs to the order of their duties, within the dossiers related to child rights and organized criminality.

Dutch Investigate an Internet Ring - Belgians Seize Video Cassettes : 2 Pedophilia Cases Stir Action by EU

By Barry James
Herald Tribune, 18 July, 1998

BRUSSELS: Two major pedophilia cases in Europe have broken into the open, with Dutch police confirming Friday that they were investigating an Internet pornographic network and a report in Belgium that police were seeking to identify 340 children and adolescents shown in seized pornographic video cassettes.

In the Netherlands, a spokesman confirmed that police were investigating a widespread Internet ring and said that examination of computer material "has brought to light a number of pictures showing serious sexual abuse of children."In Belgium, reports said that since the end of June police forces all over the country had been seeking with limited success to identify the young people shown in video cassettes seized in a police raid on a pedophiliac ring at Alost, near Brussels.

Many of the cassettes were made on the Portuguese island of Madeira, the reports said.

Reports said one of the victims was identified as a German boy who disappeared in Berlin five years ago, when he was 12, and has been missing since.

The cases created a major political embarrassment for the European Union, which for legal reasons has suspended funding for programs aimed at preventing pornography on the Internet and combating violence against women and children.

Ministers of several European countries met in Brussels on Friday to discuss the controversial budget cuts. Officials said it was likely they would find a way of restoring the funding for "politically sensitive" items.

In Vienna, Foreign Minister Wolfgang Schuessel said that the "especially disgusting" cases of child pornography underlined the necessity of Europe's taking "joint and firm action" to protect children.

"It is not acceptable that child pornography, through the use of the Internet, assumes an even bigger and more gruesome dimension," he said. Austria, which holds the presidency of the European Union, was taking the lead in seeking a resolution to the funding problem.

The German government Friday established a committee to coordinate the fight against child pornography. The government spokesman, Otto Hauser, urged regional police forces to designate experts to scan the Internet for pedophiliac and pornographic content. "The Internet is not a lawless space," he said. "We must widen our search for these criminals."Meanwhile, Belgian tour operators Friday announced a campaign to make vacationers aware of the child sex trade in a number of overseas destinations. The operators will issue booklets warning travelers that they could face prosecution at home for offenses committed abroad. The operators said they would issue baggage tags with the message, "Stop sexual exploitation of children."

In Belgium, the Dutroux pedophiliac murder scandal two years ago has made child pornography a burning political issue.

A Flemish anti-pornography group called the National Morkhoven Task Force revealed the existence of the Dutch-based Internet ring in a television program shown in the Netherlands on Wednesday night.

The program's producers said they had pictures showing infants as young as 1 year old being abused.

"They show children tied up, being raped and abused," said Marcel Vervloesem, a member of the Morkhoven group.

The European Commission, the executive arm of the European Union, said earlier this week that it was suspending funding for many humanitarian and social aid groups because of a European Court ruling two months ago that all "significant" budget items had to have the approval of the 15 member governments.

Werkgroep Morkhoven: prosecuted - poursuivi

Prosecuted for intruding in the private lives of criminals - Poursuivi pour entrave à la vie privé de criminels en fuite

Marcel.fetchProsecuted for intruding in the private lives of criminals on the run, Marcel Vervloesem of the ONG "Werkgroep Morkhoven" for the fight against paedophile networks, will have to answer this Wednesday March 10, 2004 the court of Turnhout (Belgium) of the violation of international laws on the protection of private lives. The right to the image, demanded by Dutroux in order to preserve his serenity during his judgement is not at stake, but well of the image of men supposed to be sought by the international police forces, as their photographs were sold to the paedophile network of Zandvoort whereas they rape and torture babies and children. In parallel, the material was regarded as "too old being usable", which shows an astonishing contradiction on behalf of the court, since it would result in an intrusion in the private lives of unrecognizable criminals.

The Dutch and French justices closed the case of the CD-ROMS of Zandvoort, the latter pleading that the number of French abused children where too fewer, and that they have been abused with their own assent or the assent of their parents. Marcel Vervloesem and Werkgroep Morkhoven believe that when a child is tortured, violated and assassinated with his own assent or the one of his parents, the criminal must be found. It is thus, which in collaboration with the Foundation Princess of Croÿ, that four victims on the CD-ROMS of Zandvoort were identified this January. The investigation shows that the justice of Turnhout never analyzed the photographs, in spite of the recognition de visu of two murdered little girls. It is therefore rather surprising that the justice of Turnhout prosecutes Marcel Vervloesem for the intrusion in the private lives of criminals on the run, whereas it did not even make out the ultimate analyses concerning the victims which had been recognized.

Like the justice of Turnhout, the justice of Arlon has not yet found the time to require the arrest of the couple which has claimed to be close accomplices of Dutroux, and whose husband states to have ejaculated on Julie and Melissa. In knowledge of the chronic dysfunctions of Belgian justice, the collaborator of the Foundation Princess of Croÿ belonged micro-traces of the couple, so that if they escape, their DNA can be compared with the ones found in Dutroux houses.

The princess of Croÿ will be present at the court of Turnhout this Wednesday March 10, and will answer the questions of the journalists about the identifications of victims of CD-ROMS of Zandvoort, and the couple which is says to be accessory to Dutroux.
