Fight Childporn - Case Zandvoort - European Parliament: problems with Facebook

Jan Boeykens My facebookwall and the facebookwall of 'Droit Fondamental' are blocked.

I think that the Zandvoort childporncase and our invitation by the European Parliament some days ago, are making some people nervous.

Yesterday, Marcel Vervloesem who revealed the Zandvoort case and than was false accused, was suddenly invited by a member of the direction and Erwin B., a member of the psycho-social service (Justice), of the prison of Turnhout.

Three weeks ago, Marcel sent a registered letter to the Belgian Minister of Justice about the criminal practices of these people. He is still waiting the response from the minister...

Jan Boeykens
I thank the people who blocked my wall, for their fast understanding.
I give them a good advice.
Start a serious investigation to the child pornography case Zandvoort and find out who is responsible for the disappearance of the childporn-CD-ROMs of the King which disappeared on the court of Antwerp.
That's better than loose all your time and energy in covering up these cases.

Childporn case Zandvoort: censured

'We are working during 10 years about networks of childporn and we have the same experience. Messages disappeared, blogs were removed from the Internet and during the last three days the authorities obliged us 2 times to remove some names from our articles. Our spokesman Marcel Vervloesem who has been locked up in prison, was isolated and tortured. They use him as a hostage to silence us. Since 2006 he has an interdiction to speak with the media which was covering op the childporn case Zandvoort with her 90.000 victimes (children and even babies). Every time an article disappears, we publish it 30 times again because the nervousness of the authorities proves that the article is interesting.'

The battle of Narva: Charles Eugène de Croy

victoryatnarva

One of the ancestors of Princess Jacqueline de Croy, vice president of the Morkhoven Group, was one of the leaders of the Russian army in the Battle of Narva.

----------------

The battle of Narva (30 November 1700 NS) was a key battle early in the Great Northern War (1700-1721). The war had started with an unprovoked attack on Sweden by Poland-Lithuania, Russia and Denmark, with the aim of breaking Swedish control over the Baltic. Charles XII of Sweden had only come to the throne in 1697, aged fourteen, and Sweden had not fought a war since suffering a serious defeat in the Scanian War (1674-79). The allies expected an easy victory.

They were to be disappointed. Charles began by knocked Denmark out of the war with an invasion of Zealand (treaty of Travendal, 18 August 1700). He was then able to turn east to deal with the Russian threat. Peter the Great had led an army that was probably around 35,000 strong into Ingria, besieging Narva. The Russian bombardment began on 31 October.

Charles responded with an aggressive counterattack that was to become something of a trademark. With an army only 8,000 strong he advanced towards Narva, brushing aside small Russian detachments on the way. Faced with the advance of the Swedish army, Peter decided to leave Narva, leaving Charles Eugène de Croy to command the army.

Despite Peter’s disappearance the Russians were still in a strong position. At least 26,000 of them were able to fit into the contravallations around Narva, meaning that Charles would have to attack an entrenched enemy who outnumbered him three to one.

Charles responded with a typically aggressive move. Under the cover of a sudden blizzard he launched an attack on the Russian lines, breaking through in two places. The 5,000 strong force of old style Russian cavalry fled at the first charge, while de Croy was caught out by the small size of the Swedish army, thinking it could only be an advance guard.

With the Russian line split in three, and the snow blocking visibility, the Russian army collapsed. Charles was able to deal with the three parts of the Russian line in detail. Large numbers of soldiers fled, many drowning in the Dvina River. At least 20,000 infantry were captured by the Swedes, then released after they had surrendered their muskets. The Russians suffered 10,000 dead, the Swedes as few as 600.

Charles’s next move after Narva has remained controversial. Rather than pursue Peter into Russia, he decided to turn south into Poland-Lithuania, where he won a series of dramatic victories. However, this gave Peter time to improve the quality of the Russian army, and when Charles turned back east in 1708-9 he was decisively beaten at the battle of Poltava and forced to flee to the Ottoman Empire. Narva itself fell into Russian hands in 1704, while Charles was absent in Poland.

The nature of the Russian army at Narva was also controversial. The poor quality of his army in 1700 became part of Peter the Great’s own propaganda, deliberately exaggerated to make his own reforms of the army look more impressive. The Russian army was described as inexperienced, a barbarian horde or as fighting like cattle. Peter exaggerated its lack of experience, stating that only the Lefortovskii regiment were veterans, while the two Guards regiments had only seen action at Azov.

Other more impartial observers at Narva suggest that the Russian army in 1700 was rather better than that, containing a core of well drilled infantry and carrying out a well organised siege operation. The siege was after all only four weeks old when Charles arrived and drove away the Russia army. Russia had been engaged in constant warfare on her southern borders, which must have given some of the men present at Narva military experience. Charles’s aggressive tactics would win him victories against western armies of proven quality.

OPEN LETTER TO MINISTER DE CLERCK

CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE: OPEN LETTER TO MINISTER DE CLERCK

Brussels, February 24th, 2010

Stefaan De Clerck,

Minister of Justice,
Waterloolaan 115
1000 Brussels.

Dear Sir,

In annex to this letter I am including a copy of the letter which we sent to the Prosecutor General of Antwerp. May I please know whether an inquiry has been carried out on the thirty minutes relating to moral offences committed against minors in which appear the name of the main accuser in this case, i.e. of Victor Vervloesem, the half brother of Marcel Vervloesem. Mr Victor Vervloesem was elected member of the Town Council in 2006, and is at present the President of the Commission for Security and Justice of the city of Herentals.

I have again and again sent you a copy of the aforementioned letter, but I have never had the honour to receive a response to it, nor to that of August 7th, 2009 relating to this matter.

This seems rather strange, in so far as the complaints of Mr Victor Vervloesem and his friends had been given due attention by the judicial authorities and by the press which back them fully, although they are only based on rumours of torture and rapes, which would date back to twenty years ago.

Besides, although Marcel Vervloesem had been cleared of these accusations, it is the media campaign launched and triggered by these accusations that contributed to the hostile atmosphere around his person nd that drove him to prison, where he was been rotting for eighteen months now. This campaign aimed at libeling Mr Vervloesem for years and years as a 'self-proclaimed hunter of child pornography' and a 'child abuser'.  His judicial file has been tampered with and falsified.  The same is true with the file containing evidence of the Zandvoort pedopornographic affair.  Moreover, Mr Vervloesem's health is extremely precarious.  All this shows how unjust and unjustified Mr Vervloesem's imprisonment is.

Yours sincerely

Jan Boeykens, President of ASBL Werkgroep Morkhoven

OPEN LETTER TO THE PROSECUTOR GENERAL OF ANTWERP.
PRESS RELEASE
It is absolutely necessary to start Marcel Vervloesem’s trial again from scratch at the Antwerp Court of Appeal .
Official reports and research accounts subtracted from the file are suddenly throwing quite another light on the Turnhout trial of October 21st, 2006.
The Court of Appeal of Antwerp
For the attention of the Prosecutor General
Waalse Kaai
2000 Antwerp
Dear Sir,

Subject: Marcel Vervloesem’s trial.

Each and every one has the right to an equitable trial. As you may see, there are some unacceptable things going on in Turnhout, within the framework of an impartial and independent Justice. One thing is definitely clear from now on, much before the pronunciation of the verdict by the Turnhout Criminal Court: one will have to redo the whole trial against Marcel Vervloesem which has been dragging on for nine years now.
Indeed, as a consequence of various ‘errors’ made within the administration of the Turnhout Public Prosecutions, several items of the Vervloesem file which carry the same number as the file-documents of which they are part, were subtracted from the original file.
If the criminal court pronounces a decision on November 15th, 2006, there is strong likelihood that a complaint from the defendant about these missing documents, will cause every procedure carried out in this affair to be radically questioned. As a matter of fact, every indicted person enjoys the basic right to access each and every document belonging to his or her own judicial file, in order to be in a position to present his or her defence before the court.
The Turnhout Public Prosecutions forgot to add a 69-page compilation to the TU.52.98.101758-04 file. This compilation was deposited upon receipt of reception in the office of the King’s Prosecutor in Turnhout to be attached to the Vervloesem file. This receipt was signed by the deputy-secretary to the Prosecutor.
Marcel Vervloesem had been heard on April 15th, 2004 upon the order of the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Turnhout judiciary police force in relation with the facts mentioned in the TU.45.98.100301 / 2001 and TU.20.49.100138.00 judiciary files.
During this interview the judiciary police force added some documents meant for the defense to both mentioned files.
Neither the aforementioned minutes, nor the documents meant for the defense have ever been added to the criminal files.
On January 16th, 2004 the King’s Prosecutor of Louvain sent  the Turnhout Public Prosecutions several documents relating to the  TU.37.10102448 / 1998 criminal file. These documents included several facts that cleared Marcel Vervloesem from the accusations carried against him.
These documents remained untraceable for several months.
The inquiry led by the High Court of Justice concluded that the complaint about the disappearance of these documents as well as the one relating to the minutes were justified.
The minutes written by the Police of Haacht relating to the  TU.37.101024448 / 1998 criminal file were also missing in the criminal file in question.
The letters sent years ago to the Public Prosecutions of Turnhout about the TU.37.10102448/1998 penal file, threw quite another light on this affair, and were not included either in the penal file in question. Surprisingly enough, they were letters which regarded as a child abuser, not Marcel Vervloesem, but rather his main accuser, Victor Vervloesem. The examining magistrate who carried out the investigation relating to the TU.37.L7.103093/05 penal filehas never put at the disposal of the suspect and of his lawyer the files which he had collected as part of this penal file and had subjected to the attention of the psychologist, Mr Theunis. Nevertheless, it was indeed on the report of this psychologist that the examining magistrate based his decision not to hear the witnesses for the defence that Marcel Vervloesem had wanted to use in his favour. The investigating officers of the TT.37. L7.103093 criminal file used various minutes with the respective numbers. However, they were not added to the TU.37 37. L7.103093 file, for a possible consultation by the defendant. It is true, indeed, that these minutes could be of use for the defence of Mr Vervloesem against the accusations he is subjected to.

The list of the above-mentioned official reports would already be enough for invalidating the procedure led in the criminal trial against Marcel Vervloesem.
Some jurists even speak of violation of the basic rights of the defendant and of an attempt on his right to a fair trial.
Thus, it is allowed to state that because of the elements listed hereafter, the juridical process is subject to the risk of going astray and to becoming completely derailed.

Not long agoit indeed appeared that the Turnhout Public Prosecutions had already been in the know for years owing to the fact that the main accuser had himself been guilty of sexual offences against children. The governor of the province of Antwerp, Mr PAULUS, had written at that time that the King’s Prosecutor of Turnhout had informed him that he did not know about possible acts of sexual abuses against children by the main accuser in this affair, Victor Vervloesem”. (Letter dated October 17th, 2005, ref. GE/PAUGUV/1MSOJQOFMJG.DOC).

The victims and people wronged by Victor Vervloesem’s criminal acts, declare  today that the King’s Prosecutor protected this man and that he was in a much better position than onyone else to know what was and is going on with Victor Vervloesem’s sexual offences. According to them, the Prosecutor protected Victor Vervloesem, because he could use him in his determination to take activist Marcel Vervloesem to court.

Here is a list of the facts that the King’s Prosecutor of Turnhout would have supposedly been unaware of and that his Office kept hidden to the public for years and years.

1) Letter of L.V. from Herentals, dated July 20th, 2001, and which is currently part of the  TU.37.98.102448 / 98 file:

6) Letter written by E.M. of Wakkerzele, dated 13th September 2005 and lodged at the Herentals Police station:
“Victor Vervloesem sexually assaulted a child under 18 by the name of N.C.. He did the same criminal act against S.D..”

7) Official report written by the local police of Neteland. Interview with M.V.A. from Wiekevorst:

9) Letter sent on August 20th, 2004 by D.S. of Herentals.
” During the summer, my friend and myself had gone at some point to find shelter in a shack, because it was pouring with rain. Suddenly, Victor Vervloesem turned up. He asked us if we felt like sucking a bit. We thought that he was refering to cigarettes. Victor then lowered his trousers, he began masturbating under our eyes, and at some point he tried to touch my penis. We ran away, at that precise moment”

10) Official record of the Police of Herentals dated 28.04.2005 – Ref.103493/05, interview with N.C. of Herentals.

“Victor Vervloesem committed moral offences against Nick S. The child has told me everything. His father reported the facts to the Public Prosecutions of Turnhout.”

14) Letter of 14.12.05. from M.S. of Westerlo, included in the TU.37.10 / 102448 / 98 file:
“It is possible that the involuntary drugs-taking by N.C. is linked to the rape perpetrated against him by Victor Vervloesem.”

15) Letter of M.A. Heist o.d. Berg dated  18.05.98 – Tu. 37/10/102448.98:
“I had been told myself that if I ever had problems with the justice, I had to declare that Marcel Vervloesem had threatened to rape me. I then had to make contact with Victor Vervloesem, who had obviously a lot of power in the world of Justice. I had never agreed to play that kind of game, because I knew that Victor Vervloesem was the rapist of two of my friends.”

16) Letter of C.B. from Herentals, dated 16th February 2006-TU.37.10.102448.98:
” The small boy by the name N. de Morkhoven told me during his visits , that he was a victim of sexual interference and touching from  Victor Vervloesem. His parents reported these facts to the police.”

“Much to my indignation I have heard about the sexual crimes you have committed on my son and his friends. As a father I forbid you to approach my son again. I heard from my son and his friend how you wish to get them involved in your perverse practices towards teen-agers. I have informed the lawyer of your brother on your case.”

19) Letter of the family H. de Morkhoven sent to a number of authorities of the country, on February 22, 2004:
“Victor Vervloesem c/o OCMW in Herentals. Victor Vervloesem committed sexual crime on my young son. My son was heard on these facts, fourteen days ago. I am very much concerned by the fact that this person who is a child abuser is part of the OCMW Council.”

20) Letter officially recorded by P.W. of Westerlo at the Office of the civil cases of Westerloo, on February 23rd. Reference: 2004-TU.37.10 / 102448-98:
“I received 10,000 Belgian francs from the hand of Victor Vervloesem to lodge a complaint against his brother Marcel for attempts on public decency. Yet, I have never experienced any sexual interference or touching from Marcel, but rather from Eddy B. who also took pictures of these scenes. Johan D. got the sum of 15,000 Belgian francs from Victor Vervloesem for lodging the same complaint. He received some more money, because they also asked him to repeat this complaint in front of the cameras of the televised channel VTM.”

21) Report dated  9.01.2007 of the Service of Investigations of the Zuiderkempen Police -TU.L3.100118-2006, following a meeting with D.L.M.:

We related the facts to N.V’s mother who advised us to lodge a complaint. The police recorded the statements.”

22) Letter of N.V. of Morkhoven, dated of 8.1.2006, inserted in the file TU.37 37. L7.1030093-0″:
” My mate told me that he had been raped by Victor Vervloesem. There was another small boy with the victim.”

23) Report LE.11 11. L8.103060-2003-dated  5.7.2005- Ref.Tu.37.10 / 102448 / 98F:
‘Victor Vervloesem had arranged a few appointments with other people at Eddy B’s house to fabricate complaints against Marcel Vervloesem. Victor Vervloesem blackmailed P.W. because he knew about some thefts which P.W had committed. P.W. told me that Victor Vervloesem had encouraged him to lodge false complaints for indecent assault against Marcel Vervloesem. He had allegedly given in to pressure, but he withdrew his accusations afterwards.”

25) Report 100572-03, dated 16.-4.2003 – For the attention of the Inspection Department of the Federal Police. Interview with W.H.:
“Victor Vervloesem tricked P.W. into lodging a complaint against his brother Marcel. P.W. had even showed me some documents which proved these facts. He told me the whole story. He seemed to be unaware that I was a policeman who operated under civil cover . As a matter of fact, I had exposed everything and I had personally handed over to you all the documents which P.W. had given me. The complaint against Marcel Vervloesem for indecent assault was a complete fabrication.

26) Report number 10101017 of the Judiciary Police force of Turnhout TU.37.98.102448 / 98, concerning J.V.S., the mother of A.G.:
“I was supposed to lodge a complaint against Marcel Vervloesem. I did not understand why. They promised to give us some money if we wanted to
testify against Marcel Vervloesem.”

27) Letter of W.V.S in the hands of Lawyer D.DF.:
“They had asked me to leave a small bag with drugs and some small bamboo sticks in Marcel Vervloesem’s house. In return, I was offered some drugs.”

The facts listed above speak for themselves.

This indeed explains the stubborn refusal to allow the consultation of all the criminal files of Marcel Vervloesem. Thanks to his knowledge of the items of the file, the King’s Prosecutor knew perfectly what happened, contrary to what the Governor of Antwerp stated.

It is now very clear why the Public Ministry of Turnhout had omitted to carry out the order of criminal judge F. Caers to subject Victor Vervloesem and his sidekicks to the test of the lies detector .

On the contrary, Marcel Vervloesem had been forced to go through the test of lies detector at the federal police office. Later, Marcel Verlvloesem himself asked to have a second test of lies detector done by some specialists from the University of Milan. Both tests revealed that Marcel had told the truth.

Apart from this, we note that:
- The report from the forensic medecine department declares that  Marcel Vervloesem’s statements show a very high degree of reliability .
- The expert-psychiatrists stated that Marcel Vervloesem was a totally normal person.
- In the psychological report written by the criminal authorities, Marcel is described as a person without any obsession for children.
- The legal investigation carried out on Marcel Vervloesem’s computer did not find out any law infringement from Mr Vervloesem.
- The inquiry performed by the federal Police laboratory of Turnhout in Marcel Vervloesem’s house, did not produce any DNA proof against Marcel Vervloesem’s bona fide.
- One of the psychiatrists wrote in his report: “It is because Marcel Vervloesem is a member of the ASBL Morkhoven and because he is an activist that he is out of favour at the Turnhout magistracy “.
- Prosecutor Bourlet clearly declared that he would not sue Marcel Vervloesem for the possession and the delivery of CD-ROMS belonging to the Zandvoort pedopornographic network.

It follows from all this that Marcel Vervloesem was for many years publicly and wrongly condemned by a big part of the Flemish press. A case in point which proves this fact  is an article published by Ivo Meulemans in the newspapers Het Nieuwsblad and De Gentenaar, on 19.10.2006. The article is entitled ‘The  pedopornography hunter proves to have some paedophile sexual tastes. Marcel Vervloesem is a mentally unbalanced person’.

The articles published in the newspapers De Morgen and De Standaard do not make any reference to the results favourable to Marcel Vervloesem which are mentioned in the 36-page report written by Dr. Cosyns. This doctor notes among other things that the “media (as Marcel  himself notes) will be more and more set on ruining him”.

It is incidently obvious that the details of Marcel Vervloesem’s trial as well as the statements of the Public Prosecutor, Peter Vander Flaas have been deliberately distorted by the aforementioned newspapers.

Yours sincerely,

Jan Boeykens, President of ASBL Werkgroep Morkhoven

Belgian government is covering up childporn case

monster-monsters

1) Theoretically: 'One of the most important criteria for making a government a democracy is the fact that all individuals (including the common person) have the right to defend themselves before their accusers'...
2) In practice: We have no right of defense.

As action group, we were for years the victim of the mainstream media that tried to criminalize us.

One of our members has been imprisoned for 20 months.
During 10 years long, the media named him a "self-proclaimed child hunter ', a 'pedophile' and 'mentally ill'.
The Belgian government is still trying to close the childpornography case Zandvoort (The Netherlands).
Marcel Vervloesem who is seriously ill (cancer, heart disease, diabetics, kidney disease, more than 20 hospitalizations and surgical interventions), still has a interdiction to work with our organization around childporn or to speak with the press...

Stop Child Pornography

monster-monsters

STOP CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Defending children's right to live free of sexual exploitation

Child pornography is a multi-billion dollar industry and among the fastest growing criminal segments on the Internet, according to the USA National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) and other international sources. New technology such as inexpensive digital cameras and Internet distribution has made it easier than ever before to produce and distribute child pornography. The producers of child pornography try to avoid prosecution by distributing their material across national borders, though this issue is increasingly being addressed with regular arrests of suspects from a number of countries occurring over the last few years.

Child Literacy works towards spreading awareness against sexual exploitation of children and helps rehabilitate children affected by such criminal activities.

Zandvoort child pornography case: the role of the Belgian King

The High Council of Justice last year found out that 7 CD-ROMs containing child pornography from the Zandvoort-case had been vanished.

In 1998 our association gave a copy of these CD-ROMs to the Belgian King. The King was given them to the Belgian Minister of Justice. And the Belgian Minister of Justice was given them for "research" to the president of the Court of Justice.

I wrote to the King, justice ministers, parliamentarians and media about this case.

The former Justice Minister told me that there was 'some investigation'.
The royal palace let me know after 6 months that they had 'received my letter'. But that is all.

I receive no reply on my letters to the current justice minister.

Marcel Vervloesem who revealed the Zandvoort case, is slowly dying in prison.

ZANDVOORT CHILD-PORN SCANDAL: ACTIVIST AGAIN VERGING ON DIABETIC COMA

tralies.images
Brussels, january 11 2010

Yesterday I have once again written an e-mail to all the Belgian and European rerpresentatives to inform them of the fact that one of the members of our association had for the fourth time nearly gone into coma because his blood sugar level, which has been uncontrolable ever since the last time they locked him up in the isolation-cell, suddenly dropped to 50 yesterday morning.

Marcel Vervloesem's most recent stay in the isolation-cel was the result of his protests against the decision of Erwin Boosten of the prison's case-management office who had invited Mr. Vervloesem to his desk only to inform him of the fact that 'there was no longer any chance that he would be released on Parole' and that 'he would personally make sure that restrictions would be imposed on the number of letters and visits Mr. Vervloesem had the right to recieve'. This decision has been supported by the Directorate General of the Department of Penitenciary Institutions in Brussels and has tacitly been approved by the minister of Justice De Clerck.
Mr. Erwin Boosten took this decision in a reaction to Morkhoven's prior criticism of the case managers of the prisons of Turnhout and Brugge because of the way in which they endlessly kept tampering with the case of Marcel Vervloesem, and because of the fact that they even committed legal offences while doing so. In fact, the case managers of Marcel Verloesem had not only hidden several medical documents regarding Mr. Vervloesem from their report to the court for the implementation of criminal punishments, but in this report they had allso falsified several facts from the sentence which had been pronounced by the criminal court in the case against Mr. Vervloesem.

Therefore, they crushed Marcel Vervloesem's attempts to protest against this situation by locking him up for a period of 7 days in an unaired isolation-cell, thus raising the total number of days he has spent in isolation to 50.
As usually, the letters which we wrote to the minister of Justice Stefaan De Clerck, who claims that the legal system in this country is 'human and righteous', didn't have the slightest effect.

The state of Marcel Vervloesem's health is deteriorating every day. He was allready very badly ill before his incarceration, and since the time that he has been locked up  in prison, i.e. over these last 18 months, he has been through 5 emergency hospitalisations and -operations, during which he has been kept tied for 591 hours to the operating-table, to his hospital-bed and to his wheel chair etc.by means of an iron chain.
It seems clear from the statements that the authorities have been making -saying that they can't release Mr. Vervloesem on the ground of medical reasons 'because there is a risk of his resuming his former activities as a anti-childporn-activist and of his contacting the press', that they must be determined to let him die in prison, as if he were a real political prisoner in some sort of totalitarian country.

The fact that minister De Clerk doesn't even respond to the letters that the lawyer of Marcel Vervloesem, Raf Jespers, has been writing to him, in which he is demanding the immediate release of his client on the ground of medical reasons, clearly proves that the minister himself has personally approved the decision to let all this happen.
According to the verdict from the court for the implementation of criminal punishments, the Minister is the only person who has the right to decide whether a prisoner is intitled to a release on the ground of medical reasons.

There had been allready things that happened in the past which indicated that the Minister himself is personally involved in this case.
He never ordered an investigation into the cover-up of the scandal of the Zandvoort childporn-ring for example (the nearly 90.000 children who were abused in that scandal have still not been identified and there has never been a serious search for the childporn-producers and child-molesters involved in that ring), as he allso never reacted to the conclusion which the Belgian Supreme Court drew in 2008 stating that evidence for Mr.Vervloesem's innocence had dissapeared from the Court of Turnhout. Likewise, the Minister did never command an investigation into the disappearance of 7 child-porn-CD's from the Zandvoort-file in the Antwerp court of Justice, neighter did he ever command an investigation into the fact that the more than 30 police-reports about the sexual offences against children that have been committed by the person who has filed most of the complaints against Mr. Vervloesem, have all been covered-up. In addition to that, the Minister has been obstructing the application of Article 72 and subsequent Articles of the law on the release of prisoners on the ground of medical reasons, and he has  never opposed the case managers' misconduct with regard to Marcel Vervloesem nor any of the acts of torture or any of the arbitrary sanctions that he has been submitted to, and the Minister continues to allow the theft and confiscation of letters to and from Mr. Vervloesem. Finally, the Minister stated in his letter from March 5 2009 to Mr. Vervloesem that he had 'ordered the Supreme Court to carry out an investigation into the conditions of his detention', but here again we never saw that happening either.

The Minister is very well informed about all the details concerning the case of Mr. Vervloesem, because of all the registered letters, the e-mails and telephone-calls he has received from us about it. It even appears that he keeps a small file of all the articles that the Werkgroep Morkhoven has been publishing on the Internet.

But Minister De Clerck does simply not care about the life of a prisoner, he prefers to let Mr. Verloesem die in prison in stead of commanding an investigation into the criminal actions of the  judges who are involved in the covering-up of the Zandvoort child-porn case and in the slandering against Marcel Vervloesem that has allready been going on for so many years now.

Today we will allso send a copy of this newsletter to Minister De Clerck and to all the officers of his cabinet. For allmost one year now we have been busy keeping all of them informed about this case, without any of them doing anything whatsoever at all to put an end to this scandal.

I have only just made a telephone-call to Els Baart, a member of the cabinet of the Minister, to inform her of the fact that at about 5 o'clock this morning  Marcel Verloesem had for the fourth time allmost gone into a coma, but she coldly replied to me that 'they didn't speak on the telephone'.
She told me that I 'have to contact her by mail', but in fact she nevers responds to the letters that our non-profit organisation Werkgroep Morkhoven is sending her, we simply don't ever recieve any reaction at all from her.
If one of these days Marcel Vervloesem should go into coma and die as a result of that, this woman as well as Minister De Clerck will be reponsable for it.

Jan Boeykens
President of the non-profit organisation Werkgroep Morkhoven.

----------------

We have sent to Minister De Clerck more than 40 times over a complete review of the more than 20 emergency-hospitalisations and -operations that this activist of ours, Marcel Vervoesem, has gone through. Yesterday we have allso sent a copy of this list to the nearly 200 Belgian and European members of Parliament, together with yet another letter to inform them about the situation, for we want them all to know what is going on.

The Werkgroep Morkhoven has only once ever recieved a response from Minister De Clerck which had been personally signed by him. In this letter he referred to Els Baart, the officer of his cabinet who is in charge of the Vervloesem-case.
In his letter from April 30 2009, the Minister replied to us as follows:
-'Concerning the subject of Mr. Vervloesem's case managers, I must say that to me there seems to be no objective reason why I should personally take any action in this matter, as a sufficient number of interviews is taking place between Mr. Vervloesem and his case managers.'
-'The medical aspects of this case have been examined by the Health Care Service'.
-'The questions regarding the modalities of Mr. Vervloesem's criminal punishment have been examined'.
-'Mr. Vervloesem's lawyer has allso been allready previously informed about these matters'.

Zandvoort case: anti-childporn-activist tortured

Traliesimages

Brussels, 20 December 2009

Today, around 20.00 hrs., I received another phone-call from Marcel Vervloesem from the prison of Turnhout.

His health is still in a very bad shape.

As you know, he is not only suffering from a heart condition and a kidney-disease, and he has been operated upon 20 times, etc...but he allso has severe diabetes which since 10 days now allready can no longer be controlled, while he is now allso suffering from severe bronchitis.
Over a period of three weeks, he has lost 18 lbs of weight.

The docters have injected another type of insulin into his body, but his blood sugar has again risen to such a high level that his life is now again in immediate danger. There is a serious risk that he goes into diabetic coma, because his glychemia has been that high these last days that it could't be measured any more.

He is lying on his bed all day long, because he isn't able to do anything else anymore. He feels like vomiting all the time, he feels dizzy all the time, and he can hardly see anything anymore.
He actually should immediately be brought to a hospital, but the Minister of Justice, De Clerck, and the Directorate-General of the Peniteniary Institutions, who must know about this situation because I have written a letter to them last week about it, as I have allso called the Cabinet of the Minister, apparently find this situation normal.

Marcel's lawyer has made a phone-call yesterday to Eric Geudens, the director-attaché of the prison of Turnhout, who told him that 'nothing was the matter with Marcel'.
It is this same man, Eric Geudens, who recently wrote in his report to the Court.....that the conditional  release or the penitentiary leave of Marcel Vervloesem would contain 'a risk, because of his involvement with anti-paedophilia organizations which keenly make use of the media.'
About a year ago, Eric Geudens had allready said that 'nothing was the matter', and the consequence of that assertion was that it took the docters of the hospital of Turnhout 13 hours to save Marcel's live by means of a heart-reanimation machine

Is remains unclear what will happen in the next days and during the forthcoming hollidays.

As long as the Directorate-General of the Penitentiary Institutions and Minister De Clerck (whom I will again contact today through mail) will do nothing and remain opposed to Marcel being allowed to enter a hospital, this worrying situation will not change.

The continuous exchanges of phone-calls between docters, doesn't make any sense, as long as this situation drags on. In fact, one should say that this means nothing else than that they are playing with his live.

One should allso consider the fact that between eight o'clock at night and seven o'clock in the morning, there is no medical nursing personel at all in this prison.
Nor did they take the care to provide the prison with a medical observation-team, and the prison-guards are unable to continuously watch the state of Marcel's health and to find out if he is just sleeping or if he has gone into a coma.

Tomorrow I will again call all the Services and I will once again contact the Cabinet of Minister De Clerck.
Il will allso send around some fax-messages, in order to make sure that nobody will be able to pretend, if something serious should happen, that they knew nothing about it.
We will allso inform the press and the representatives by means of short press messages.

If someone would wish to write a letter to Marcel:

Dutroux case: Carine Russo leaves the Senate

Russo+.pict_151413

Brussels, September 13th, 2009

Carine Russo, the mother of Melissa, one of the children murdered by Marc Dutroux, announced Friday in a letter to the Federation of Ecolo (Green party) that she leaves the Senate after two years.

According to the Belga news agency she referred in her letter to her health and the "difficulties she had to adapt to the political and parliamentary life".

In November 2008 Carine Russo said however that she "was disappointed in the functioning of the institutions and the parties".

The senatrice would "not bitter" and "her commitment and her sympathy for Ecolo reserve".
Ecolo said in a formal way "to respect the choice of Carine Russo". "She really has done the maximum to fulfill its contract, but we understand that a engaged woman has difficulties to adapt to the political realities ", said the spokesman of the French speaking Greens.

Carine Russo stated in 2007 that she wanted to work for Ecolo especially on subjects like social justice and the environment.
"Ecolo has a slogan:" A greener earth for a fairer world ". "I want to turn around, because social justice is a priority for me. Ecology don't exist without a fair court, otherwise we get an ecology of two speeds ", said Russo.

Carine Russo won the Senate election in 2007 where she was on one of the last places, with 57,747 preference votes.  She became a co-opted senatrice.
During the Federation of September 25, Ecolo will decide who will be her successor.

The association 'Morkhoven Group' which has considerable experience with the subtle-messages via the Belga news agency, found out that Carine Russo's murdered daughter Melissa was born on September 11, 1986. That day coincides exactly with the day Carine Russo said that she wanted to leave the Senate.
It is clear that Carine Russo wanted to express on the first place her fidelity to her murdered daughter. It also proves that, despite her health is broken by the loss of Melissa and the attitude of the authorities, she still fight for justice in her case and was not giving up her hope for a fairer world.
On May 24, 2002, Gino and Carine Russo decided to withdraw of the Dutroux trial.
There was also much to do in their leaves, about the extensive report on the Dutroux affair in the magazine The Sprout.   The Sprout used some pictures of the murdered Julie Lejeune and Melissa Russo.
Justice still claimed that the two victims of Dutroux, after more than 100 days, died of hunger and thirst. The pictures, however, showed conclusively that Julie and Melissa were beaten to death with excessive violence.
This proved that the Jury Members in the trial versus Dutroux, didn't know something about the autopsy reports which were relevant. Even worse, they had never seen the photos.
It is the least surprising that the Belgian press wasn't interested of the consequences of the horrific images.

Carine Russo was not the only parent of one of the victims of Dutroux who ventured into politics.
Paul Marchal, father of An Marchal who was murdered by Dutroux and his gang, created in 1998 the Party for New Politics of Belgium (PNPb).
Partly due to the extremely negative image of him in the media, the PNPb reached in the 1999 elections a paltry 0.3 percent. That same year, he said goodbye to politics.

In 2007 Tinny Mast, the mother of Kim and Ken, together with her husband Willy, were becoming independent candidates on the CAP-list (Committee for Alternative Politics).
Not believed and humiliated as "marginal" by courts and judicial police, Tinny  Mast was with the families Russo, Brichet, Marchal, Ben Aïssa, Lejeune... one of the figureheads of the White March of ten years ago. The biggest post-war march ever pulled in Brussels.
In her book "Always looking. My alphabet for Kim and Ken", Tinny called for a new solidarity.   With the words "For the life of those who will never be extinguished yet to give a meaning", she went with her book in the clinch with the rising intolerance in society and with the current political discourse in Belgium.
In the foreword of the book Carine Russo compared the struggle they lead to that of the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo in Argentina: "Mothers just like we were crazy of uncertainty and anger for their disappeared sons and daughters. But it is not their 'madness' that has greatly contributed to the collapse of the Argentine dictatorship? (...) "

Petition for State Security

StateSecurityFrom the archives:

Brussels, 8.2.2009

The Working Group Morkhoven, best known through the revelation of the pornographic case Zandvoort and the prosecution of her spokesman Marcel Vervloesem (who even was imposed by the Belgian court with a ban to speak the press), organized a symbolic petition to support the 150 secret agents of the Belgian State Security that for years were no longer be paid.
Morkhoven apologizes for the extra work that the Belgian State Security had during the past 20 years to silence the action group and her spokesman.
Furthermore, the Working Group calls for more meaningful work for members of the State so they are not obliged to beat constantly overtime.

Help the Belgian State Security!

------------------------------

About 150 secret agents of the State got their overtime from 2001, 2002 and 2003 have still not paid.
The newspapers De Standaard and Het Nieuwsblad wrote on Wednesday that Sypol.be, one of the unions in the State, is tired and summon Minister of Justice Stefaan De Clerck (CD & V - Flemish Christen Democratics). Some agents would increase to 1,250 the number of overtime. "We realize that those days are not just included. That would be a complete disruption of the State concerned. But exactly why the State has itself suggested that recovery days to pay ", said Anne-Marie Vansichen of Sypol.be.
Justice was expressed surprise at the summons.
On February 26 De Clerck comes again together with the unions. (DWM)

Belgian media

dupuisBelgium/Nihoul-Dutroux Affair: letter to European deputies

Brussels, 2 October 2000

Dear colleague,

I am writing to inform you of the latest developments in the Nihoul-Dutroux affair, and also of an important meeting which will be held in the near future.

In particular, I enclose a letter addressed to you by police detectives De Baets et Bille. When they were cleared of all charges against them, both criminal and administrative, the overwhelming majority of the "major" Belgian media - who had not hesitated to drag them through the mud on the front pages - did not hold it to be their duty to inform their readers, listeners or viewers of the fact.

You will also find an in-depth report by Mme Françoise Van de Moortel, a journalist and a member of the Comités blancs, on the malfunctioning of the judicial system after the arrest of Dutroux in 1996. As you will unfortunately be able to see for yourself when you read the article, the state of health of the Belgian judicial system after the arrest of Dutroux is no better than it was before.

Finally, especially for those of you who have informed me of your willingness to take action on the issue of the disappearance of children, I would like to draw your attention to an important meeting: "Les réseaux et l'impensable: le dévoilement" (Paedophile rings and the unthinkable: disclosure).

This meeting, organised by the "network of Comités Blancs", will take place at the UCL (Auditoire Central D7 - Avenue Mounier - Woluwé-St-Lambert) on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 October.

Best wishes,

Olivier Dupuis

Child trafficking: anti-porn-activist Marcel Vervloesem is dying in Belgian prison

Brussels, 16.6.2009

Karl Zéro, famous French journalist for BFM – TV, interviewed, on June 10, 2009, Serge Garde, international reporter, about the detention circumstances of the Belgian anti-child-porn activist Marcel Vervloesem in Bruges prison.

The activist the Morkhoven Group, Marcel Vervloesem who is in a quasi final stage, has been refusing his medication and medical treatment for over a month, and continues to vomit blood. Professor Giorgio Gagliardi, medical doctor, psychologist, former mayor of his town, and expert for Italian and Portuguese tribunals, has visited him on June 15 in Bruges prison and made a medico-psychological expertise.

The Belgian minister of Justice, Stefaan De Clerck, has informed Marcel Vervloesem’s lawyer months ago by letter that he would order an investigation from the ‘Central Commission of Supervision within prisons’ onto his inhuman detention conditions. Nothing further was heard or seen of the minister’s investigation. It simply was not done.

Minister De Clerck and various members of his cabinet received several mails and letters regarding this situation, but have not answered. The minister has not reacted since his first, and maybe last 'answer' of April 30, 2009, not even to an open letter delivered to his cabinet. He has received a registered letter of the Morkhoven Group’s president on June 6, 2009, in which he was asked to find a solution for the Vervloesem case in emergency.

Serge Garde, who has written a book about the child pornography case Zandvoort, “The Book of shame - child porn ring”, wanted to interview the Belgian minister of Justice, for a 90 minute television report about the case. One of Minister De Clerk’s spokesperson, Lieselot Bleyenberg, answered in a Flemish slang: “Sir, we do not communicate about Mister Vervloesem”.

Minister De Clerck, who wishes to buy a part of the Tilburg prison in Holland, to deport hundreds Belgian prisoners, has pleaded at the Dutch government that the Belgian prisons are overpopulated. He all the same maintains a person as sick as Marcel Vervloesem, to die in prison. He covers his website of ‘fair an human justice’ and 'Masterplan 2008-2012 for with ‘human prison structures and conditions’, but his real ‘reform policy’ clearly do not match his words.

The Ministry for Justice has been requested for years to ensure Marcel Vervloesem to be judged on a full dossier, but in vain. Minister De Clerck continues the policy of his predecessors. He refuses to answer on the investigation request regarding the child pornography case Zandvoort shown by Marcel Vervloesem, on the disappearance of Marcel Vervloesem’s court files exempting pieces from the office of Turnhout’s Public Prosecutor or the disappearance of child pornography cd-roms of Zandvoort file from the Court of Appeal in Antwerp.

The question is raised on whether the minister is under pressure of Belgian magistrates, who are mainly controlled by the Christian-Democrat party. The same situation occurred in the Fortis affair, where judges complained of pressures, in short to cover-up the sale of a major Belgian bank for peanuts.

The Belgian reality sounds unreal, especially for a Christian-Democrat constitutional state, at the heart of Europe.

The Flemish Christian-Democrats, who has been politically dominant for decades, have carried on dominating the political power, even when they where not part of the government. They win the voters’ hearts by sweet-talk and hypocritical statements on Christian and democratic values since the creation of Belgium, in 1830, but keeping their promises is the least of their worry. The Flemish Christian-Democrat Party is actually more of an economical and financial lobby, at the Belgian and European level, in which corruption is widespread.

Child pornography case Zandvoort: Belgian Minister of Justice

Marcel.dood.mail-4Man responsible for revelation of child pornography case Zandvoort will pass away soon

Marcel Vervloesem from the vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven who, through the negative advice from management of the prison in Brugge (request for vacation) where it was claimed that 'his daughter did not love him enough', was forced to stop his medical treatment 8 days ago (among which a new and urgent treatment for his heart), will probably pass away soon.

The Belgian government who has continued to deny the existence of a network of child pornography and who has never investigated the child pornography case Zandvoort, will be responsible for his death.

The Belgian minister of Justice, Stefaan De Clerck, who went and complained to the Dutch government about the overpopulation within the Belgian prisons and who is a supporter of a Belgian Guantanamo in Netherlands, since months does not wish to take into account the state of health of the activist who already had to be admitted to hospital 6 times in the last few months as well as has had 5 operations during this time.

The Minister who will be politically responsible for the death of Marcel Vervloesem and who is risking a court case, whishes to not take note of article 5 of the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights, which forbids a needless torturing and suffering of people.

The Minister promised over a month ago in a letter to the lawyer of Marcel Vervloesem, that he would order an investigation to be done by the Central Commission of Supervison within prisons (if such exists) into the inhuman detention circumstances of Marcel Vervloesem.

The Minister, as has happened in the past, fails to stick to his promises.
De Clerck also does not wish to organize an investigation into the by the High Court of Justice in writing recognized disappearance of the exempting pieces out of the court files of Marcel Vervloesem nor to the by the High Court of Justice recognized disappearance of 7 cd-roms with child pornography from the Courts in Turnhout and Antwerp.

It is clear that the minister of justice, who also always preaches for a ‘human justice’, has chosen to cover up these matters, including the child pornography case Zandvoort, and to sacrifice the life of Marcel Vervloesem.

Could you cover that story as it is so unjust that Mr Marcel Vervloesem provided large evidence of pedophiles network in Belgium and in Europe, as a consequence was victim of fabricated accusations and now dying in jail to silence him as high rank officials covered the horrors perpetrated by the pedophiles for a long time.
Please see www.droitfondamental.eu

Childporn - European commission - Petition

EU-commission_001ZANDVOORT N°3: Precautions of the Petition Commission

Jacqueline de Croÿ - 25 avril 2009

The president of the Petitions Commission has accepted, this April 21, 2009, the petition "Organized paedocriminality: systematic violation of the fundamental provisions of the international law within the Union", which exposes ounce more the paedocriminal network ZANDVOORT.

The petition, registered as dossier n°1696/2008, was transmitted for preliminary investigation, to the European commission, which had qualified the 90.000 victims of murder, rape, torture and paedopornography of an "individual file", to reject any possibility of intervention. The major nuance vis-à-vis the previous petitions, is that is was also transmitted to the European Parliament Commission that has the role of controlling that the European Commission does its work.

Since, the International Court of The Hague, the ministries for the Italian home affairs, and the French foreign affairs, the government of Quebec, the Kremlin and OECD consulted our sites. The criminal network quivers and the telephones sizzle.... Its French battalion of civil organisations is looking for the victims. Their role had consisted at preventing contacts between the parents who asked for justice for their children and Werkgroep Morkhoven, the Belgian ONG which had exposed the file. They were abandoned in 2003, when judge Ringot closed the case in absence of 90.000 parts of the file. All were then condemned for slandering, or comedies exchanging the roles, sometimes with heavy custodial sentences.

The member of one of these organisations, fan club of a French magistrate, who appears underpants-less with an eleven year old boy on a photograph of the Zandvoort file, immediately contacted Marcel Vervloesem, the Werkgroep Morkhoven' main witness and collaborator, at the prison of Bruges. The underpants-less magistrate prepares his defence by ensuring that the biometric analysis that identified him at 99.03%, was made by the inefficient people. He hopes to get away with the photograph a double by claiming that it is him when he was younger. The procedure wants that the judges reject the biometric analysis which shows the difference between the Judge and his double, by an analysis made with programs which do not make the difference between a spoon and a fork.

No one knows if The Hague Criminal Court might accept this kind of comedy, but one can imagine that all the people blamed are looking for the evidence to destroy. The best advice to all the victims: never communicate your files to the civil organisations and be wary of their lawyers.

The petition exposes impossibility of obtaining assistance of any body. Marcel Vervloesem had just left a hospitalization at the time when he had awaked shackled in a blood bath, at the result of a gangrene knowingly left without care in prison, which required chopping him off rotten flesh and bones. The UN Comity against torture has flatly refused to intervene. Amnesty International and the Human rights League did not even answer the calls for help.

Since the petition, the tortures are operated by deadly medical justification, an administrative work-to-rule strike and the Christians democratic deliriums of Stefaan De Clerck, the new Minister for Justice.

The Commission of the euthanasia did not find time in six months to recommend the treatments likely to attenuate Marcel Vervloesem's sufferings inherent to the defect of health care to his final diseases, but the Minister offered him a pill to cause a deadly cardiac attack in prison. The social services spent eight month to refuse him a team of psychologists of the university hospital of Antwerp, flinging instead, the "moral adviser" of the prison.

The lawyers of the network counted that time limit for prosecution. The administration, which is infiltrated at all level, was then taken by the evil of the century, which is qualified of dysfunctions and dimming of the standard. The legal blocking of the Zandvoort file made pass the number of victims from 90.000 to several million in ten years. It thus acts of a crime against humanity, without time limit for prosecution.

Many parents are partner in crime and complain only to win a divorce, and then complain because the network chose to offer its "judicial protection" to the other. But those who were truly trapped by surprise and all the witnesses who fought to protect these children were persecuted beyond all imagination.

The day the European Parliament seizes The Hague's International criminal court, the victims will be able to leave the shade and Marcel Vervloesem will then have won his final combat. Let us hope that he will give him the strength to give up the suicide he is preparing.

Pedocriminal networks: the infernal fight of Marcel Vervloesem (2)

soins_intensifs_002Brussels, March 9th, 2009

Chained at hospital St John of Bruges

Marcel Vervloesem is so weak that he cannot lift a glass of water; so weak that he had not realized having a foot ringed by a light shackle attached to a heavy chain, approximately 1.5 cm large.
He just had an open-heart operation to cauterize four wounds at his cardiac valves. He is under oxygen, soaked of fever. Spasms deface him, and slight coughing makes him suffocate ounce in a while. The hospital and him are victims of the war between the doctors who want to cure the prisoners and the Belgian ministry of justice who wants to repress the "dissidents".

The false Russian miscarriages of justice have a better press, perhaps due to the fact that the Strasbourg based European Court of the Human Rights grants it more importance. It has intervened three times in two years, of which last December, to ask for the release of Vasily Alexanian from his Russian jail, but did not yet find time to lean on Marcel Vervloesem's emergency procedure in nearly seven months.

The Belgian man has denounced the industry images of torture and pornography of children, implying a higher French magistrate. He was then condemned for rapes that medicine recognizes him unable to have carried out. The Russian man had denounced the theft of an oil company by a financial montage. He was then imprisoned for fraud and money laundering.

Marcel Vervloesem and Vasily Alexanian both were victims of the same parodies of justice, then imprisoned in spite of a health condition which did not allow them to survive the prison. They both have cancer. They both made hunger strikes and became temporarily blind. Moscow and Brussels declared identicaly, that the health conditions of their respective prisoner, "did not justify hospitalisation". They both where finally hospitalised in critical conditions, and chained to their hospital bed.

The press and the humanitarian organisations denounced the Soviet "repressive poutinian system", but not the Belgian one. They widely denounce the judicial drifts in the USSR, which cause to destroy those who hinder the enrichment of the least scrupulous people. The system is identical: the constitutional law is denied, to eliminate the bothers, by declaring them guilty of facts they reproach to the opposing party.

The Russians victims are called political prisoners in honour to the cold war, whereas Europeans ones are described as victims of "miscarriages of justice", if they reach Strasbourg.

The Belgian Senators answer that politics cannot do anything. Only a higher authority can help. Unfortunately, the judicial traffic-jam in Strasbourg causes an important delay as regards of the treatment of European affairs. Some of these dossiers were rejected, without even having been open, so that many victims think that the expense is useless.

Meanwhile, Vasily Alexanian would be a horrible character who stole the poor Russian people, according to the Soviet press, but an unfortunate political prisoner "tied like an animal", according to the international press. Marcel Vervloesem, who brought more than 100.000 photographs of pornography and torture of children to justice; is described as a "self-declared paedophile hunter" and "child abuser", by hiding his state of health and a judgment in absence of 37 parts of his judicial dossier. Only one of his six hospitalisations in emergency was relayed, adding "that his lawyer could not confirm he was in intensive care." Silence was kept over the shackles on the operating table. Silence will now remain on the chains.

In Russia at least, to believe Vasily Alexanian’s lawyer, the prison warders have the right to remove the chains of the hospitalized prisoners when they receive visits. This is not the case in Belgium, where only the prison warders can appear embarrassed by delirious conditions that the Ministry of Justice imposes to the prisoners.

The man responsible for the size of the chains used to tie the prisoners to hospital beds is Doctor Van Mol, chief consultant of all the Belgian prisons, under the direct authority of the Minister for Justice: Stefaan De Clerck. This is a very original way to start the electoral campaign for the next elections!

Pedocriminal networks: the infernal fight of Marcel Vervloesem

coeur_005Brussels, March 5th, 2009

Marcel Vervloesem: successful surgery!

Four wounds close to the aorta where sucessfully cauterized.

He will still remain two days in a pharmacological coma, to ensure his heart to continue to beat independently of the machines, the time necessary to the European Court of Human Rights to release him from an imprisonment for crimes that the state of his heart did not make it possible for him to execute. He will get the visits of his family and partners during this coma, at his request, to be able to testify of another eventual false complication accident. In 2006, an identified nurse had knowingly injected him overdoses insulin, without having to answer for her act.

The NGO Werkgroep Morkhoven and the Foundation Princesses of Croÿ and Massimo Lancellotti, joins to his family to congratulate St John's hospital of Bruges and to thank it for having maintained him alive, though the Belgian justice covers those who are trying to murder him.

Marcel Vervloesem showed that organized criminality was held by certain magistrates, who release quasi systematically those who are blamed in the field, by accusing victims and witnesses of the crimes for which they requested justice.

He had made a hunger and thirst strike to request the respect of the constitutional laws for 100.000 victims and witnesses of the paedocriminal network Zandvoort.

The Belgian authorities refused him the protocol of hydration before he fell into coma. He was maintained the kidneys blocked, until the water retention reached his heart. He was imprisoned wounded and diabetic, in a cell with a man who protested by spreading out his excrements everywhere, until he contracted gangrene.

His heart was bleeding, broken by European justice, after twenty one years of infernal fight, to open its eyes on a legal system which supports organized criminality. The doctors of the hospital St John then did all they could to save his life.

"STOP KINDERPORNO" PSYCHOSIS IN BELGIUM

ConnerotteMoetBlijven.1401699777kinderrechtenenmensenrechtenbestaannietinBelgië

Belgian Justice and Child Focus are highly worried about the Dutch organization STOP KINDERPORNO, which plans to put on line an Internet site to enable Belgians to locate the districts where paedophiles are living.

'This risks generating an unjustified psychosis in the population', according to Child Focus, who fears that paedophiles hide and refuse the treatments to "reinstate" themselves in society.

'It is of justice to deal with people who were condemned and to take care of victims', according to Stefaan De Clerck, Minister for Belgian justice, who says that 'private initiatives and Internet sites will not bring a solution'.

'A Website referring to paedophiles and identifying them is illegal, quasi criminal', according to the Commission of Protection of the Private life, which mentions a "lynching culture".

Production of images of child pornography and torture is primarily motivated by easy profit, which may not be cured. This is not a disease, nor an sexual orientation, but a crime that does not concern the private lives of the authors.

Stefaan De Clerck is quite conscious of the problem, since 1998. The researches of Marcel Vervloesem, from the NGO Werkgroep Morkhoven, had allowed tracing a boy kidnapped from Berlin, in a Belgian, Dutch and Portuguese prostitution network. He had then said to the newspaper 'Algemeen Dagblad':
'Everyone knew that such things happened for a long time. (…) Since the government has closed its eyes on the pornography implying children, the citizen are more and more going to take the role of the police force and of the justice department, like the Non-profit organisation Morkhoven. They are pirates, in a certain way. I have, as a minister, spoken with these people, but I remain very careful. They themselves are discussed, but one cannot ignore them. They lay out important information. As long as they give this information to the government, it is necessary to give them credit.'

Our organisations would be useless, if the justice and the press did their work. The lynching culture is reserved to those who denounce the networks. Justice systematically treats these cases in the same way:

The victims are locked up in institution or entrusted to those which they exposed;
The paedocriminals are released by voluntary procedural irregularities;
The witnesses are imprisoned and/or ruined by false miscarriage of justices.

The cases are repeated since 1982, at the least:

- Jean-Claude Krief, who had exposed the network CORAL and the photograph of an underpants-less magistrate, was imprisoned for blackmail.

- A Yoruba King was imprisoned two months, accused of the traffics of which he had claimed charges in justice, against the one wo had taken along his children in a brothel of Brussels. The little princes where locked in an orphanage during six years.

- Marcel Vervloesem, after having spoken to Minister De Clerck, discovered more than 100.000 photographs of child pornography and torture: the ZANDVOORT file. He found it included the underpants-less magistrate identified by Jean-Claude Krief, and whose identity will be confirmed by biometrical analysis. He gave this file to justice. He is now as a reward, imprisoned, in waiting that the European Court of Human Rights releases him of crimes which he is recognized physically unable to carry out.

- The justice of Bordeaux will judge this Monday, the complaint in extreme urgency of a man whom Prosecutor BERTOSSA (Switzerland) and Judge RINGOT (France) suspected the son of appearing in file ZANDVOORT. The father obtained the exclusive custody of the child and the imprisonment of the mother. He accuses her now "of intruding in the intimacy of his private life". He asks for the eradication of her Internet blog, which reports a laboratory analysis proving that this child had a venereal disease at the age of 7.
This blog has allowed the mother to get help. She thus could discover that the father had hidden from her to have been procurer and that he had been cleared, in absence of 88.798 parts of the file. She could learn that she had called the underpants-less magistrate for help, and that she had been driven in a trap by his entourage. That she had been illegally detained during seven months, to destroy her recourse. That she had been maintained in isolation, probably to prevent that she meet in prison, other victims of her ex-husband.
She has, by the intermediary of this blog, found the information which gives her a hope of justice.

The underpants-less magistrate has launched on Internet, a photograph of one of his doubles. The current biometrics is calculated mathematically by the evolution of the volumes, which prevents false identifications, even between identical twins. French Justice is invited to make the biometrical comparison the photograph of the double, with a recent photograph of this magistrate. The question arises on researches carried out to find this double, which underpants-less magistrate obviously could not do alone, from his court.

One understands the concern of Belgian justice vis-à-vis STOP KINDERPORNO, as the sole Dutroux file covers the map of the most dangerous paedocriminals. The Minister will find a solution by listening to the victims and the witnesses, not by terrorizing them, by imprisoning them or by denying their existence.
